I only ordered a free trial offer of colonmate now my credit card is getting money took out of it once a month so I am told... I tried talking to someone there but they will not help me cancel the order... I have no idea what to do as far as this... I ask for the billing number so I could speak to some one he said that I could only e-mail them @ support@colonmate.com... I still have not got a response... What should I do? Plz advise smb!

If you are being billed to your credit card then your credit card company can and will investigate and stop the payments. However if you used your Debit card that is another matter because it comes out of your checking account. That is where I am at this point. I have been billed for another shippment I don't want and can not get the necessary RMA number to send the shippment back and get a refund, they will not give a credit if the items are just "returned to sender". Boy, what a mess, can no one help stop this company??

Yes, this company is for a certain a scam. I was able to get in contact with a live person, and was told that when you order the free bottle, in the fine print it says you can cancel in 14 days, but somehow I missed that. I told the guy I was speaking to I didn't want the product, it wasn't opened and I was sending it back and wanted my money refunded, he replied, you can send it back but you won't get your money back. Needless to say I was livid, a lesson well learned that ended my days buying products like that online, never again.

Please cancel my auto shipment of colonmate as of 5-5-2008. I can't take this because of my high blood pressure, it makes me dizzy and nausua.

The same thing happened to me. I did not cancel in time due to a death in my family, and was sent two more bottles. I wanted to send them back for a refund and cancel this membership. I was able to cancel the membership, but they would not give me a refund even though they have a return and exchange policy on any unused product which requires a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number (RMA). I asked for this via email, and they basically said that I was screwed and refused to let me return the product for a full refund.

I also tried talking to some one, and they would not help me, and told me to email the billing department.
I told them that I thought this was a scam, and that I was going to call the Better Business Bureau and turn them in.

I also used my debit card, and plan on calling the bank for a new card so that this "company" has no access to my account anymore.

I will never do anything like this online again. Colonmate is a crooked operation with intent to take advantage of people. I hope they get what they deserve.
