The product does not work. They debit your bank account even though it is not authorized. They will not answer their phone (8887655557) or their email, (support@colonsmartcleanser.com).
Had to close my account to stop them.

I am so ticked off right now. I ordered the free trial and it took almost 10 days to get here. I tried it for a couple of days and then sent the rest back. In the mean time, I have tried to call them and email them. All I got was a stupid automated recording time after time. Once I even got an answering machine and I left my information on there telling them that I was sending back the remaining contents of my free trial and to NOT charge my credit card. I also sent the email with the same information. I get home today, and guess what was in the mail? You got it----the 2 bottles of smart cleanse! I called my credit card company and I was told that I was charged $89.91 or something like that!! I told them the story and they are sending out a dispute for me to fill out, and they are going to check into it. I know where this is going to get me---absolutely nowhere. I am probably going to have to cancel my credit card now so I am not charged anymore.

i am upset at the fact that i cant speak to some one and also i emailed and i got a responce like this all iam saying i need my oney needs to get put back in my checking acct. as soon as possible total of 88.97 thankyou
