I ordered a trial size of Colon 1000, which I received with no invoice and no contact information whatsoever. I knew I didn't want the full size that would be coming if I didn't contact them within 10 days, but figured there would be information with that shipment and I could take care of it then. There was no contact info again. When my bank statement came, I called the phone number supplied with the charge and didn't receive an answer. I called over 50 times in two days. Finally I received an answer and was told that I had authorized the shipment and payment with my trial offer. "Sue" refused to refund my money and informed me that another shipment had already been sent and I had been charged another $69.50. That's $149.00 for a product that I don't want, haven't opened, and find worthless. Is there any way for me to get my money refunded without involving more charges (i.e. attorney). Thank you.

I sent for free sample and now received a shipment from that was not authorized to to withdraw funds from my account. Do not want and cannot contact company. No invoice.

I also sent for a free sample and my bank account is paying for it now. I'm poor and I do not have money to throw away on pills that don't even work. If anyone has an ideas on how to get them to stop taking my money please help. No invoice and unauthorized use of my bank account.

I also had 79.76 come out of my bank accnt unauthorized. i immediately cantacted my bank and notified them that this was unauthorized and it is fraud. my bank is investigating it right now. i spoke with a lady once but it took about 40 or so calls and she gave me the 10spill also but i told her it wasnt stated anywhere on the websit about the additional charges. she emailed me a rma form and cancelled all further shipments. after i received the email i tried contacting this person again throough the same contact # but no anwser then message comes on tells you to old for 45min then directs you to a bogus web site. fyi i would report it to my bank or ccrd co. fraud dept immediately, it worked for me. good luck
