A SCAM for the get-go. A WARNING at the top of the site falsely claims the following
"WARNING-Colocure was not created for those people who only want to lose a few measely pounds. Colocure was created to help you achieve the incredible body you have always wanted...USE WITH CAUTION!"
THEY ARE EVEN USING DR PHIL AND MORGAN FREEMAN TO PEDDLE THIS SCAM. go to drphil.com and report them for using his name and image. the website that has dr. phil is COLOCUREUSA.COM.
Now, i came across that image because i had to GOOGLE colocure terms and conditions. LET ME BE VERY CLEAR THE WEBSITE SECURE.CURECOLON.COM (WHICH IS THE FREE TRIAL WEBSITE) HAS NO LINKS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IT HAS NO LINKS TO PRICVACY POLICY. IT IS ILLEGAL TO COLLECT UR INFORMATION WITH THE INTENT TO SELL IT TO 3RD PARTIES WITHOUT AT LEAST GIVING A LINK TO TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY 1ST!!! Be SURE to give ur bank the address secure.curecolon.com for proof that u had to submit information BEFORE an terms or privacy policy was disclosed to u. this is illegal and u are entitled to a refund! ALSO, if they have signed u up with other memberships or other pills, u are entitled to a refund there as well because, again, there were NO TERMS and NO LINKS to terms or privacy BEFORE u submitted ur info. also, please DO NOT think that just blocking their company name will stop them from charging. they will go right back in to ur account under a different name and charge anyhow. HERE IS THE ONLY WAY I COULD FIND TO CONTACT THEM AND THEIR PHONE NUMBER. BE SURE TO RECORD UR CONVERSATION WITH THEM PROVING U HAVE CANCELLED EVERYTHING WITH THEM AND THE DATE!!! HAND THIS OVER TO UR BANK. WHEN THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE ANYHOW THE BANK CAN DO A CHARGEBACK! THIS ALSO CAUSES COLOCURE TO SUFFER A HEFTY PENALTY FOR UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!!! IF U CANNOT GET AHOLD OF THEM GIVE THIS CONTACT INFO TO UR BANK AND LET THEM TAKE CARE OF IT!!! AGAIN, THIS IS NOT FROM THE MAIN WEBSITE. THEIR WEBSITE HAS NO TERM, CONTACT INFO, OR PRIVACY POLICY WHICH IS ILLEGAL!

Unless you call to cancel, you'll continue to get a fresh supply of ColoCure every three months for the low price of $149.85 plus $9.95 shipping and handling. You can cancel anytime.

Refund Policy
We are happy to issue refunds to dissatisfied customers. To obtain a refund, simply contact our customer service at 1-800-859-3858 to make arrangements to return the unopened bottle to the address shown below. Your return must be postmarked 10 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used to place the order and will include a small 15% restocking fee. Returned products must be sent to the following address.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned bottles. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. After the shipping department receives your return, it can take up to 5 business days to process your return. Once the return is processed it can take up to 5 business days for your credit to show on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Terms
The standard ground mail service is shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail, unless you have directed otherwise. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.
