This Coach-outlet website is very unethical and should not be trusted. The products are poor quality and fake. The business knowingly is shipping fraudulent product to unsuspecting clients. They have not refunded my credit card despite my repeated requests to do so. Stay away and share with others to refrain from this website!
They are absolutely fake, even the hardcase is fake
I have bought 2 pairs of sunglasses after I received an email from their customer service saying they are 100% authentic. They are ABSOLUTELY FAKE, even the hardcase is fake. I can't return them although they claim you can! they are made in China. I learned my lesson and next buy I'll go to the store and pay more but at least I know I have an authentic pair.
I ordered merchandise online from Coach Outlet, when I saw an unknown debit from my account, I filed a dispute with my bank, however; the debit still appears. I would like a full refund of my monies in the amount of 81.50. The order was debited from my account on 7/11/22.
I purchased 2 bags one of the zippers was broke and the threadind on the handle was coming apart they should be ashamed to sell such poor quality items! they should be turned in!
They should be turned in for poor quality bags? Really? What did you expect from a site that sells fakes? If they're to be turned in for anything than they should be for selling knockoffs.

Well unfortunately I just discovered there are no retail Coach outlet online stores. Only way to purchase it is by store, flea market or over the phone to ensure where your money goes. I too have bought, for the first time, a Coach handbag over the internet under www.coach-outlet.com which I can no longer access the website. I have a receipt charged to my account $69.90, however, was charged to my credit $79.11 by a completely different consumer under www.reemall.com. I have done my research and they do not carry Coach bags whatsoever and instead my money was taken out by "Rinminbi" or somewhere in Hangzhou china...so where to now? How do I claim back my money or is it just another loss?

I thought the website was really http://www.coach-outlet.us.com/, so I placed the order for 11 items including necklace, wallet, bag. The purchase amount was $275 and I was charged at $305.
Until I received the delivery note I then really it's a scam as the parcel was from Putien, Fujian Province, China!
The email I got was in really bad English. The seller pretended to refund then didn't answer anything.
The quality of each item was terribly BAD. In China people called something grade A meaning the copy quality is not bad, but what i got should be ranked as grade Z. Even I am very anger, I couldn't get my money back.
Please note Coach outlet website can be only seen in US & Canada, and Coach warehouse located in Florida.

I placed an order for a coach bag and then within an hour i realized they were coming from China and the website didn't look legitimate so I IMMEDIATELY e-mailed them and canceled my order (they say to cancel within 6 hours of placing the order). I canceled it within an hour and i e-mailed them 8 or 9 times telling them to cancel and then i get an e-mail almost a week later saying it was shipped. I also contacted my credit card company to stop payment. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO NOT STICK TO THEIR POLICIES.. Wish i read this board before i ordered.
I would like to file a complaint against one of ridiculous salesman named " Johnny", and this sale person has not sense of customer service skill, and he should be removed from the customer service field specially he has no sense of customer service skill
On 11/21&11/21/2017 you took money from my account a total of $214.10 Find out that this is a fraud, and my bank has started a fraud alert to you fake store. I talked the real Coach stores at 9:15 AM today. They only have two stores. They don't have an outlet store in New York. There were amounts for international cost.
I ordered from couch outlet.com I was a little confused when it didn't remember my user name and password from prior access. Everything looked completely real, nothing fake.outlet always had excellent prices so I wasn't any the wiser however they had some things that were on special that were grouped together for a special price.that should have given it away to me.but the website said Coach all over it, nowhere did it say anything but that.when I checked out, 381 later, they took my visa just as if it was Coach.Then I look at my bank. There isn't a charge from Coach Outlet, but there is a strange charge from something called Pes SHOPWOW SHENZHEN. WELL THERE'S MY PROOF! I had been scammed! I went to the site, had to re-enter my email and of course my order wasn't there because of that. I tried to email them because that's the only option they had, no response of course. Then I get my packages. They are literally in brown envelopes plain with a label saying a name that's Chinese then an address, long one and that's it. I'm sure it's bogus if I checked it. No phone number of course anywhhere.not on my bank or package.so I attempt to call bank to dispute the charge.at first they agreed to credit me. Then they took the credit back.they told me out wasn't fraud or a legitimate dispute, it was a scam and that's not covered by banks.I couldn't believe it! I have gone up the ladder tho and am fighting it to get the charge back and recoop that 381.00. Wish me luck. I'm also calling Coachtm to inform them about the site and tell them to make them take it down! Learn from this please!
Hope so I ordered one and it was 65.00 but they charged me 76.99 .I hope it's not a scam it was Canada address.
