I ordered from them to about two months ago.I really thought that they were a ligament.I did notice that y order came up to $101 and my bankcard was charged another balance.When investigating i was charged with a currency fee.I thought that was strange when doing more investigation i found out that the website was all in Chinese there was nothing in English, i got really worried.There is no way to get in contact with them besides email.I did receive a email back and i eventually got my purse and wallet.However it was faker then fake.The purse started falling apart when a day.I was so pissed so i sent a email regarding the issue.NEVER heard from them again...I would never order anything from them

Coach faulty handbags

Handbags are poorly made, falling apart after 3 months. No Customer Service at all. Basically selling you garbage and if you don't save the receipt forever, wont accept your proof from bank statement that you paid with, wouldn't even bother to find in their records, which we all know they have on file, tried to give me 40.00 credit for a 90.00 item that is useless. I called customer service number for Coach and was told they have no control over what the actual store does or does not do. Not the quality or service I would expect from a company that says they are so customer friendly.

Coach they don't honor return policy

Coach cheats customers. Don't buy their merchandise. I bought $2, 000.00 worth of purses online and wanted to return one of the purses. I brought the purse to a Coach store, along with all the original packing materials and the packing slip that came with the purse delivery and the Coach store refused to issue a refund.

They stated that the packing invoice was not sufficient. I told them that this was what Coach had provided in the delivery box with all of the purses and they stated that I needed the original receipt. I asked why did the packing receipt state on it that this could be used for returns? The manager reiterated the clerks position that they could only issue me a credit and not a refund. I logged onto Coach.com to check their return policy and it states that "merchandise may be exchanged or returned at any Coach Store with an original Coach receipt "or" mail order packing invoice."

My advice is don't buy any Coach products. I talked with the manager at the Coach Montclair Calif store and she refused to issue me a refund for my purse and she was militant about it.

Obviously Coach trains their stores to harass their customers. My time is valuable and these stores know that consumers don't have time to jump through all the hoops that they demand to get a refund. They want to sell their products but not issue any refunds even when a packing receipt is provided. They're ridiculous, rude and wasted my time. I brought the original packing slip to the Coach store and they refused to issue a refund. Don't shop or buy Coach cause I know that I will not again!

Coach claims to repair or replace their products if they come apart. However, I sent my purse in for repair and it was returned (after paying $20.00) with a letter stating that they were not able to repair the item. They did not refund the $20. You would image that they might have better customer service because their products are so expensive. I will not be buying any more purses from them.

Coach scam!

I have never ever bought handbags online specially brand name bags. On january 28th I order a purse online at coachbags-cheapestt.com believing that they sold authentic coach purses at a very low price. So on their website they stated that every order would ship within 24 hours after processing and a tracking number would also be available. well it's february 4th and I havent received a tracking number or my order. I send them emails but they never reply back. On the website they only had one shipment option which was $30! So I spent $74 on one item and now I do not have my money or my purse. Plz, can someone tell me if this website is a scam or how in the world can I get my money back? THANKYOU

Coach robbed me of $87.00

I ordered a coach purse from this website and $87.00 was taken from my bank account and order status said delivered I did not get nothing I emailed company several times and got no response there is no phone number to contact them called coach company they said there was no coach online. I spent my hard earned money for christmas present and now don't have $$ or present.

Coach fakes

Do not buy from this website. They are total fakes. The products are shipped from China and although they say 100% money back guarantee good luck. Have sent several emails for return info. When they asked why I wanted to return items I said I didn't like the quality and they responded "no". That was it, just the word "no". The packaging had no writing that was in English, therefore no return address that was legible. Any online store that is not Coach.com is not authorized to sell Coach. All others are fakes!

Coach operates several stores within 20 miles of distances selling same merchandises with huge price differences.

I bought a purse for $398.00 at a department store and found out the same purse was sold for $145.00 as a clearance item in a nearby factory outlet within one month.

Will you be happy to see this happen to you?

Purchased a coach legacy purse spray cologne - plastic insert in the glass bottle broke and spilled all over my purse, ruining my purse let alone loosing the perfume after just 2 weeks. Complained and Coach said, sorry for the inconvenience but they could NOT assist me...DON'T PURCHASE COACH - I WON'T

Wow the same thing happened to me! I tried 4 different credit cards and 3 different debit cards ALL WITH THE SAME RESULTS! I finally tried my checking account routing and account number... what do you know it worked, but with a $10 convenience fee! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

Yea, I learned the hard way as well. So what I do is when I see a coach item that I want, I write down the style number and will call the outlet to see if they carry that purse. I never buy coach from a department store because you will always pay full price for it. Good luck!

Coach has standardized pricing on all of its full price merchandise. So the same item found in a full price store will be the same price in a department store. However, merchandise that has left its full price stores and been sent to the outlet stores will then be discounted for the same amount at the department store. Occasionally, in outlet stores they will have additional discounts and sales on a daily basis on certain items. This is, in part, to move that merchandise out of the stores quickly. The department stores do not have the authority to do that.

Coach stay away

I went to buy a ticket on coach Canada the other day. At the counter this lady was so rude to me the whole time. She never seemed happy and cussed alot, kinda weird but ok whatever. I don’t really understand that customer service, guess the see complaints all the time from people. Still if you don’t like your job quit, but don’t make all my experience with it miserable like you. I feel bad for coach Canada employees they seem so pissed all the time.

Coach fake bags!

I bought a coach bag from a bogus online store 2 weeks ago that they are saying they are based in US, but i found out that the online store is based in CHINA. so, i bought a bag + plus shipping fee total was $66.00 well, coach bags pictures in their website looks nice and i was excited to see in real. the first communication with them was so hard coz they keep saying that they didn't get my money (tru master card) they didn't even contacting me and i was the one keep contacting w/them. i was mad and i wanted them to refund my money. so, what they did they already sent my item and gave a tracking no. just two days ago, i got the bag and i was shocked, very mad and they made my blood up because it's very way different! the bag that i ordered and the bag that they sent to me - it was very big, crappy looked and w/damages! i contacted w/ them right away attached the photo of the crappy bag and photo of the bag tru online (i ordered). so, in short, they are keep saying "excuses" and its obvious not to pay me back, and they gonna refund me just $3.00! for the inconvenience they caused me! i was really mad and say anything to hurt them because they are bunch of liars, bogus and cheap! (i said these words to them)! and i said too, i believe in karma, and karma will come to them very soon! so, pls. not to buy products from that bogus online store!

I just paid $23.57 for an iPad2-64GB and my girlfriend loves her Panasonic Lumix GF 1 Camera that we got for $38.76 there arriving tomorrow by UPS. I will never pay such expensive retail prices in stores again. Especially when I also sold a 40 inch LED TV to my boss for $675 which only cost me $62.81 to buy.

Coach no product received

I ordered what I thought was a coach purse from a coach factory outlet that had good reviews. To my chagrin I found out that the item comes from China. I still have not received the product and I have someone named Tammy answering my questions, telling me to be patient and even giving a tracking number that really is not helpful at all. If I wanted a knock off I would have intentionally bought a knock off. Beware of this site I got duped but I haven't given up the fight yet.

I purchased 3 items from ecoachmall and received 2 items. Neither of the items were what I ordered and the biggest item ($96.00 Coach Purse) was never received. Both of the items that I did receive are JUNK... not real Coach items. This site is a hoax and should be removed from the interenet. I ordered my items; paying with paypal and because he sent me some junk and provided them with a tracking #, there is nothing paypal can do to help me. Because they have no way of knowing what he actually sent me... I am just out $236.00. Don't order from this site. I read these reviews and felt like because I was using paypal, it was going to be safe. WRONG... I am totally out my money!

If your purchse never came, report it to your bank as a fraudulent charge and they will take it off and investigate. I made an order from a similar site and it hasn't gone through yet, but within two days of the order, someone went shopping using my credit card number. These sites are all bogus. Coach doesn't have any outlet websites, just stores. I found this out a little too late unfortunately and it sounds like you did too!

FYI ...yes coach purses DO COME FROM CHINA. And i have 3 myself, and so does the rest of the world.
Sorry but some are even made in New York and Chicago and Mexico. But out of 7 i have 3 are from CHINA.
Just thought you'd like to know, , i did investigate this also..

Coach purse falling apart

I bought the purse off coach outlet.com in february this year.the pin to hold my strap in came off last week, so my husband flattened the head and then 2 days later the strap holding on the strao tore off and the other one is starting to too.I dont carry alot in my purse never have.I just thought they were better made than that, I am so shocked it only lasted a few months.My ID patch on the inside is no.M009-1941.I paid for it with my husbands Bruce Myers walmart money card, Im just having a harfd time finding the outlet coach website.my email is [protected]@mintel.net and my password was redshoes.thank you Kathy Myers

Coach scam

I ordered a bag from this website thinking it was an actual Coach Outlet. I assumed it was like any other outlet store which normally sells authentic merchandise with slight defects. So I ordered a Black, leather cross body bag for my daughter, paid $89 USD and the bag I received was a gray, pleather horrible bag that looked nothing like the one I ordered. I went to the website and of course, could not access Customer service and though they advertise returns accepted, you can not click on anything, the shipping receipt had no return address-only a company name written in Chinese. Luckily for me, I still had the original order confirmation email so I emailed the person that sent it to me. Surprisingly he answered back and asked me to send a picture of the bag I received, so I sent a pic of the bag I ordered and the bag I rc'd, a picture of his email address and the order confirmation-I also emailed a copy to the authentic Coach site. This person informed me I rc'd correct order but the lighting made it look different and offered to credit me 1/2 my money if I returned the bag. I was now acting on principle and it was no longer about the money and I informed him of that and threatened to investigate his gmail account and file a lawsuit and he finally gave me an address to return bag. So if ANYONE has ordered from coachoutlet4s.com and needs a return address, the one I rc'd is: Zhang Jinglong Putian University Putian, China 351100-email I had is: [protected]@gmail.com. For all others-BEWARE-there is NO COACH OUTLET ONLINE-they are all scammers-most based in China. The Coach people advised me they are forwarding my complaint to their Fraud Investigation department so if you get scammed-email or call the actual Coach Store-they advised me they are trying to stop these people from scamming Coach customers.

I too fell prey to the Coach Outlet Scam, I didn't know Coach doesn't have one online. BEWARE I spent $150 finding that out watch out for MOBITOPAY.COMSHENZHEEN CN that's who took the money out of my account. Air International EMS Express. Co is supossed to be the package handling company false also. There should be a better way of protecting consumers who want to shop online! I am very angry!

I'm glad I came to check out the reviews on ecoach.com, I kinda felt something wasn't right when they had no contact info listed on there site. Also last year I got caught by buying from a web site that offered ugg boots
at almost half the reg price, I thought it was great, but I was wrong, I had a hard time getting my money back, but I did get it back. My new Rule is only buy from well known web sites if you do this you will never get hurt.
And only sites that have contact address and phone numbers listed plus always check out reviews on the company. Happy Holidays Everyone

Coach recieved wrong merchandise

I order 2 tote bags, 1 purse, a wristlet bag and a wallet. When I received my order I only received one item that was correct. I emailed the company and they responded quickly stating to send them a picture of the items to prove my case. Of course I responded with the picture to prove my case right away. The company did not offer to corret there mistakes and get me my merchandice. They offered me 30.00 of the 321.97 back and keep the wrong merchandise. I of course was not ok with this agreement and they told me I would be responsible for the the shipping cost to return this merchandise that was there mistake. They finally stated that they would refund my card 80.00 and I would just keep the merchandise. I agreed just to get this over with. Then they replied that my card would not support a partial refund. I contacted my credit card company and they told me they would never not support a refund.
Be very careful in ordering from this company this is not an honest company.

The system(gspay) you paid did not support partial refund, not your bank, they can pay to your paypal account instead.

I ordered size 81/2 shoes and received size 71/2. I would like to return the 71/2 pair of black Coach shoes and have the 81/2 pair of black Coach returned back to me if possible, if not I would like to purchase another item of the same value, please, thank you.

Coach bad service

I had a reservation for my guests from KL to S'pore at 10:30AM which it include two lunch meals.
At about 10:40AM, the bus yet to arrive so I made a phone call to check what is happening. To my horror, they said my reservation was not captured even I gave them the confirmation no which I got from my email which was sent by them after payment isn't use at all.
When I asked to check, they kept me waited for 2 hours and tell me that the next coach depart from KL to S'pore is at 2PM. She call my guest to take a cab to another pick-up point without my consent to take the 2PM coach to S'pore. No apology was given and no compensation offer from her or the manager.
The total customer service is 0% and I'm strongly advised you this travel agency is not recommended for leisure or business travel.

Coach fake fake fake goods

This company shows authentic coach bags on it's website, which is set up to look exactly like an authentic coach website. They even say their bags are authentic coach and the pictures they show are authentic coach.

I ordered a coach bag optic art bag from them. When i got it, the material is not jacquard sateen on the outside - it is a cheap, flimsy burlap, , the lining fabric is not satin and the patch of leather on the front of the bag is stamped onto the patch in gold ink, not stamped into the patch, i doubt that it is even real leather.

Now, i realize that their prices are so low that i expected something to be wrong, but not to the extent of what it was.

I sent this company $77 usd. They ripped me off completely. I asked my bank to intervene and get my money back. This is internation fraud and mail fraud. Do no, i repeat, do not purchase from them.

When you order a bag and receive it, it looks nothing like an authentic coach bag.

OMG, now really piss me off. I place an order from this site and i received my order but it was [censored]. Stitching so rough and colour so blur and you can tell it was rubbish. Please do not order from Coach Online - Official. It is a SCAM site! The site looks like the real deal using authentic Coach merchandise but if you check the links on the bottom of the page to such sites as Facebook, Twitter, Google, Utube, etc. It connects you to various different sites such as sammycorp., Envato, bagsservice@ycsale.com or sales@yoursorder.com. The spelling is incorrect due to the lack of proficiency in English. Bottom line, if the prices seem to good to be true, chances are it is a FRAUD.
Be careful and forewarned!

I went to this site thinking it was real and purchased 3 coach bags... A few days later I noticed a charge on my bank acct. for $181.16 from China. I completely forgot about my charge and called the bank to cancel that transaction which they did but few weeks later I received a denial letter from bank in regards to the investigation as they claim the goods were shipped and received. I went online to find out more information about that tracking #, it got me nowhere, I contact DHL company they use to ship from China and they couldn't help me as there was no insurance for the product. Make long story short, No purses, No money, No response from anyone on that site!.. Stay way it's a scam!

Order a purse online. They charged my credit card $67.00. Never received my pursed. Never recieved a confirmation # no phone #. I email them 4 times they say they can't find my order. I gave them an order #that i got after i put my credit card, they say now that their order # starts with a differ #. I called my bank they said the $67.00 someone named "united brothers" were the people that withdrew my money. This website has no #. They dont want to give me an address, phone, nor they havent called me at all. I even said to them im going to the authoritys about this. Im very upset. This was a christmas gift that i purchased.

I shop with Coach and awful lot. Over the past several years I received great customer service until recently. Now I just ordered a handbag, paid for 1 pm overnight delivery $30.00 and when I called the [protected], they tell me that I will not get this the next day. I ask why, they said because ur order was not placed here at 1pm. I told her yes, I did. I even called the store to confirm.

I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager and I get Christine Bennette, who tells me that I am unable to get my order that was placed 12pm on Thursday, friday. I told her I confirmed with the store and they did the 1pm overnight. She said well we are not able to do anything, we did not receive it on time here and it's ready to be shipped and it's on the truck. although she cannot give me a tracking number. I told her I spoke to the manager at the store and he explained I could ask for saturday delivery and she said that because of issues in the past that they have corrected, I would be unable to get this done. Okay so because of issues they corrected because they mixed up in the past, they are unable to fix this issue? How does this make sense. They made another mistake and I have to pay for their mistake? I am very confused. Is this how you treat someone that just spent $$415.80 in purchases?

I told her I know one of the ladies I spoke to said she would refund me the $30.00 charged for the overnight delivery and she stated well it is overnighted. You will get it Monday! Okay I ordered this on Thurday 12pm and if I am correct delivery by 1pm overnight would be Friday not Monday. So now tell me what I am missing here? I could careless what has happened in the past in which you corrected because you did something, if you want people to come back you treat them with repsect and you fix what you messed up. Do not blame me for what you did.

AWFUL customer service- Shop at the stores, not at the 800 number, they are the worst! or DO NOT SHOP here at all!

I saw this site after I made a terrible mistake of ordering products online from coachoutletffactory-stores.us.com. Save your money--do not order. The product materials are not as described in their website. A false representation of coach products. They are so fake, I would be embarrassed to wear or even give them away. I guess there is no way to return and retrieve my money although they have a return policy, no return forms nor response when I informed them about my intent to return products.

i ordered 3 purses for my daughters, all coming to see us on christmas, site says DELIVERY BEFORE 12/24, my order was made on the 11th. charged my card that day, and an additional $6.07 for some reason. I have emailed them 4 times as there site says 27/7 help, they have no telephone number, I haven't heard from them I think i got scammed, , , ,

I wanted to purchase a Coach bag for one of my oldest, dearest friends for her birthday. I decided to look online to look at the Coach bags that are available for purchase. I came across a website that has a picture of an American actress on the advertisement, and so I thought that this place was legitimate. IT WAS NOT at all!

I found a navy Coach bag for the amount of $59.00. I thought to myself that I found this amazingly cheap website that sells Coach bags and I'll tell everyone that I know who loves Coach bags to check this website out. WRONG!

I ordered the bag to be delivered to my friend in N.J. About TWO WEEKS later she received the bag and once she received the bag she texts me to let me know that she received the bag. I was thrilled. Then she proceeded to text me, "did you send me a bag? How much did you pay? Do you have time to talk?" I thought to myself, "that's weird? Why would you ask someone how much a gift costs?" Then she called me. I asked her "why would you ask me how much I paid for your birthday present? What's wrong?" Then she told me, "I hope that you didn't spent too much on the bag because it's not a Coach bag. It's a piece of ###."

I was so embarrassed! She told me that the "quality is the worst that she has ever seen." I told her that I wouldn't be offended if she wants to return the bag and she said, "good because I want you to get your money back. You got ripped off badly."

I was and still am so embarrassed by making the order. So I emailed the seller and told them that my friend wants to return the bag and fhat she did not receive any kind of paperwork or a return receipt. I get an email from the seller THREE DAYS LATER! Telling me that the bag can be returned but for me to keep in mind that "I should keep in mind that I should be the one to pay for the return and to pay the fee for the Chinese customs office. Maybe your friend can find someone else to give it to." After I read that my blood was boiling! I responded with "There is NO WAY I am going to pay for me to return something that is counterfeit! Your website was misleading because when I ordered the bag I believed that the bag would be delivered from a Coach store in California, not China. Your website is all based on lies! Your company is performing the "Bait & Switch" routine! Please just email me a return receipt so that I can email her the return receipt so she can send back the garbage bag that you sent to her. You have nerve!"

I can't believe how some people in this world think that it's okay to rip people off! He showed no remorse for anything. He acted like it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to pay for the return! I've NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE like that ever in my life.

Never, EVER ORDER from a website called Coach Factory Outlet.org The man or woman named Simmons Green is the one who emailed me telling me that I should be the one who should pay for the return! And another employee is named Michael Zhang. He claimed that the After Sales Customer Service office would be the ones to deal with the return. Liar! I'm still waiting on that promise. Don't ever order from them unless you want to lose your money.

I am a loyal customer of Coach, I have well over 30 different coach items. When I buy I splurge, today I was told that I could not purchase more then five items. I went with my friend to the mall, and since we were together they did not let us purchase more then five items between the two of us. This is a STUPID business practice, Coach has made a stupid mistake by implementing this policy. I am very disappointed and upset with this action. I ended up not pursing anything, it is really disappointing to me that they would treat a customer this way.

I bought 2 handbags from them and received cheap fake Chinese bags with broken zippers. I contacted them via email and they offered me only 20% refund. Don't fall for that scam!

Coach nonsense rule to buy and bad service

I go to Coach at Camarillo Outlet today 06/18/2010. Seller tell me that I can buy 5 bags per person. My aunt got 5 and I got 5. The cashier name "RENEE" tell me that my aunt can't use her credit card to pay for me. I understand that one name per bill. So I tell my aunt that I have 1 credit card 180 dollars and debit 50 dollars.RENEE swipe my 2 card but It's not enough for my all bags price 380 dollars. My aunt she open her purse and give me 200. RENEE tell my aunt " You can not give her money she has to use her own" OH ! GOD.. I think it non sense. if i know before I will borrow my aunt's money outside. But I can stop purchase it and go out side to borrow her money and come back so I can buy it. But why I have to do it. This rule is nonsense itisa cash! My aunt ask Renee can I go to the ATM, She say yes. I go out to see my husband and get cash from him. I come back and the others seller do it for me and she say my card not approve. I ask her that why my card not approve. she say cause I go to ATM. OH! no...o.. stupid. My aunt say because the seller swipe my card the first time it makes my money gone. Renee, stand near the seller who do it for me say that she didn't do anything to my card because I didn't sign any bill. The seller say louder that my card not approve. Everybody in line listen too. It's make me feel bad to Coach service. so I'm not buy it all and my aunt she return all her bags which she just buy it too. After I check my credit and my debit. my money gone 180 and 50 already so I call to the bank unauthorize my money...really bad..I will not buy or get in the Coach anymore...I can go to shop Coach at Topanga Mall CA The seller very bad too. She talk and she look at me like I have no money to buy. I ever go to Dior in topangp Mall She nice really nice more than the seller who sell a bag cost only 100-700 dollars in Coach store.

Policy states that no more that 5 bags per customer. Your aunt already bought 5. You didn't have enough to buy 5. Your card was declined for insufficient funds. Taking money in front of the employee constitutes you aunt buying another bag which is against policy. You apparently already bought at least one if the money was taken out and if returned, had not had a chance to show up. A refund don't show up instantaneously. Don't be surprised if you drained all your funds from the bank to pay for these purses, the bank will charge you a fee for insufficient funds even if it was returned eventually.

Coach rude customer service representatives that don't want to help you

I am writing this review about the Mega Bus customer service representatives, as I have never used other Couch USA bus services therefore, cannot comment on them. I had used Mega Bus many times to travel from New York to Boston. Last May I had to change a reservation date twice due to a family member that was in the hospital. When this family member passed away I called mega bus multiple times attempting to put a hold on my reservation or get some kind of credit as they do not allow you to cancel a reservation and get your money back. I was okay with that but I wanted to postpone this reservation indefinitely as I did not know when I would be up to traveling again. The representatives were horribly rude and aggressive in the way they spoke to me. All of them would tell me different things and blankly attempt to get me off the phone - (putting me on hold for 30 minutes and then hanging up on me) One girl told me she was sorry they couldn't give out free trips away to anyone who asked for one. They spoke to me in such a condescending way that it brought me to tears. Then eventually someone told me they would give me a credit for the round trip that I paid for and that I could call when I knew the date of my new trip, give them my name and email and they would give me my trip. I had a sneaky suspicion that this did not seem right but was so done I accepted what they told me. Now a couple months later I am dealing with people telling me that my name is not even in the system, that they don't give out credits, that the person wasn't authorized to give me a credit. All of these representatives are just as rude and aggressive. I have been on hold for 30 minutes at a time just to be given the number to a voicemail, where no one calls you back. It had been horrible. Rude customer service representatives that don't want to help you they just want to get rid of you.
