CMH Nissan Midrand Renault kiger car issues/ no response provided

I bought what I was advised to be a brand new Renault Kiger 13/April/2022, on the 2nd week of purchase I did advise them that my driver's window had jammed and essentially does not work, I first took the car in for it to be fixed, it only worked for 3 days, I was advised that they will order a new part and fix it will take 6 weeks for arrival, I took the car in only for them to call me later on the day to advise that the part they ordered broke in transit. 4 months later I keep following up with no one giving me any sort of assurance when this will be fixed or if there are any delays, I asked the Service manager of the Midrand branch to provide me with the complaints team number to contact only to be ignored again. I have only had the car for a total of 7 months, I am not even sure whether I should bring the car in for the clutch plate that is giving me issues or can I take it to any other Renault dealership that will assist me

Desired outcome: A response as to when the car can be fixed as i can not make full payment on a car that is more of an inconvenient to me now than it was intended to be

CMH Nissan Midrand NEW vehicle received with holes in the dash and faded paint.

CMH midrand are a bunch of lying, money grabbing thieves. I purchased a brand new vehicle, I picked it up on the 7th october 2021 and when I went to collect it, they took me straight to the office to sign the checklist and then showed me the car that was under bad lighting and a gazebo inside. On the way home I noticed scratches and holes on the dashboard. The NEXT day on the post sales call I reported this to Vutomi and they told me to send pics and they took the car in, they sent it back saying they can't fix it. And are now lying, saying I only reported it a week later. I have screenshots of the calls and whatsapps

Desired outcome: Refund, or a new vehicle.

CMH Nissan Midrand Renault Sandero Dynamique

I bought a new Sandero Dynamique and it had major rattles in the dashboard and rear left door.
The bonnet was misaligned and rattling terribly.
I took it back to the dealer and after 3 days I was advised that the heater box had a manufacturers defect and a new component has to be obtained from overseas.

The car is currently in the dealers service centre.

This is a brand new car and it has inherent manufacturers defect.
The manufacturer wants to fix the car but then it is not a brand new car.
Surely the bonnet can only be aligned through bodywork.

I would not be accepting the same car back.

CMH Nissan Midrand Refuse to repair

Good day
Please be advised that i am not happy about the service i’m currently receiving at Nissan. I brought the car on Wednesday and Junaid promised the car will be fixed as i advised him that i bought the car 2 months ago and i’m experiencing problems already, when i’m paying so much on a monthly basis for a car that still needs to be repaired.
Junaid the sales manager promised they will fix the car, now after so many days (5 days) he calls me and advise that i must pay for the costs, which he never said in the beginning, he gave the impression that the company will carry all the costs as the card is 2 months old.
This is not the service i expected from a big company like Nissan. The other day i was given an empty fuel tank courtesy car. When i even made a plan to bring my car there because the arrangement was, Nissan will come fetch it.
The car only used 11000 kilos so far and now the battery is dead, there was a leak which they advised that they have fixed it, cigarette light, hooter also not working. they also mentioned my breaks are finished i must replace them. the car is only 2 months old and already i must fix the problems at my expenses when i'm paying so much for the installment which is not fair.

please resolve this issue, i need them to repair it.
