AS LONG AS YOU DO REQUEST TO RETURN AN ITEM YOU ARE FINE! REP. stated to me"we really don't like to accept returns"!No s---.That part of business, and since we have been a long time customer for over 10 years wouldn't you think that would count for something.Not with these guys, especially the techs, of course you know where I would like to stick that wire!STATES AT THE BOTTOM OF PACKING SLIPS ALL RETURNS SUBJECT TO 20% restocking fee.So, unless you have money to lose, DO NOT BUY FROM CLOSEOUTCCTV .COM

I read some complaints and got a little concerned about my order. I ordered on a Mon afternoon, it shipped on Tues and I got it today(Friday). For free shipping that is pretty quick! I installed one camera it it is GREAT! I have 3 more to install. Everything works good and am very happy about it. It was easy to work and a little difficult to install. But I would rather have a hard wired system than wireless for quality purposes. Many people are hard to please and few are easily pleased, so don't always listen to the negative, they always have something to complain about. The customer service was good, not great and not bad, but I would rate my experience as above average with this company. Now only time will tell with the quality of the equipment, but I have faith it will be good.:)

I have been on hold for 32 minutes. No body seems to be able to pick up the phone. This is the second day I have tried calling, two days ago I got transferred to endless voice mail. I left 4 messages, and have not gotten ONE call back! This is beyond poor customer service! They have already lost my future business, right now I am just trying to get service for products I purchased less than a month ago. Hopefully those that read this will choose another CCTV company.

Closeoutcctv.com FALSE ADVERTISING

I bought a unit from this website closeoutcctv.com and the unit started to give me problems after 1 month. The unit was dropiing video connection, and this a surveilance camera. NOT A RELIABLE SURVEILLANCE. I called and emailed tech support for almost a week and talked to Patrick MCdaniel. Patick told me that there is only 2 tech support They advertised free lifetime support on their product
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.. SOMEONE NEED TO INVESTIGATE THIS OUTFIT. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY .
The bottom line is Im out of surveillance system for almost a week
because of the poor service and false advertising.

Trust me on this folks ok? This mom and pop e commerce site has about 3 days tops before I personally shut them down. Today is Dec 13, 2011 Try this site on the 16th of Dec, 2011 and see. They are not professionally equipped to give you 24 hour tech support. They will try and sell you other than what you actually wanted by telling you this-or-that. Seriously folks, there are NASA monkeys out of work who could do a better job of running that site as well as customer service.
and...yes, they do not answer email, they just auto send a transaction response upon receiving your money.
This guy means what he says. Man of my word on this. so, say goodbye to Hollywood closeoutcctv.com ;-) Oh, in case you are all wondering what will happen when they re-boot the server to stop this denial of service attack. Remember SQL? I wrote it! Sorry to say that it came to this but what the heck, it's almost 2012 so it's no big deal.

I purchased a 4 channel dvr from closeoutcctv about 5 months ago other than a defective hardrive the acted up after 2 months(they sent a replacement to me in 3 days at no charge) I have had NO PROBLEMS, when a situation arises where I need technical support Patrick is right there helping me solve the problems mainly caused by me or my server, A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ company.John Dunikowski, New York.

Thank god I sent the DVR I recieved back. I recieved my DVR scratched and also with someones lunch on it. I had nothing but problems with Patrick McDaniel what a piece of work he is. First they were going to ship on right out to me then I had to send the DVR back first then he just became a total A**hole. I disputed it with my credit card company and they refunded my money now Patrick says he never recieved it? Even though I have a signature that he did. This company needs to be investigated definetly!
Well if Patrick keeps playing games he may find himself in court. That would be funny if I dragged him from Texas to Massachusettes to go to small claims court. That would be payment enough!
