I read the ad posted at the following web site https://www.myonlinecashsecret.com/091509/index.php?subid=200041&subid2=35697&hitid=670334550 . I filled out the form expecting to be charged $0.99 for an instructional CD. They wrote that I agreed to 3 seperate memberships for which monthly billing will commence after the short trial period. It will be charged to my debit card. The company does not answer their telephone. I do not know the true name of the company. Billing has not yet started.
What can I do now?

When you sign up for this, you will be charged either $.99 or $1.97. After you pay that initial fee, you will be on a screen that will offer a VIP membership for $29.99. What you don't know is that you have already been charged the $29.99.
During signup we checked the account that we used to sign up and we were already charged $29.99 while still on the VIP membership signup page. We hadn’t agreed or disagreed to sign up for the VIP membership.
This is completely illegal and these guys should be investigated thoroughly. There is no way these guys are mistakenly charging customers. They are doing this on purpose and should be jailed for their obvious disregard for US or Canadian law.
It states to sign up for the VIP membership hit "Yes" at the bottom of the page. It doesn't matter what you hit because you were already charged regardless.
In the TOS on the original sign up page it states that you will be charged an additional $68.53 if you do not cancel the membership within 7-days. This is in the tiny TOS link on the bottom of the sign up page. Nothing tells you this anywhere else.
So here is you cost breakdown:
1st Charge - $.99 or $1.97 – Known up front
2nd Charge - $29.99 - Without Consent/Approval
3rd Charge - $68.53 - According to the hidden TOS
Please do not feed these rip off artists. If this type of thing was true, Hundreds of thousands of people would be taking advantage of it. In this case thousands of people are being taken advantage of.

I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the services you've been receiving from our company. There are no commitments with the free product you ordered however there are bonus free trial periods to membership websites that accompany the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated several times throughout the ordering process - on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and the thank you email, it is then also explained in the first paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer. We offer the trial periods to give our clients a chance to use the services and see the value of them for themselves before they are billed for them. The trial periods are free for 7-30 days from the order date depending on which bonuses apply and we would not have charged you had you called customer service and canceled during the trial period as it is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer ends.
The following is the first paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer (the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy links can be found on every page of the sales ad):
Bonus Material Terms and Termination.
By purchasing this product, you agree to adhere to the termination agreement as outlined on the order page, confirmation of order page, and confirmation email, which is that you, the buyer, are not entitled to a refund of the upfront cost of any shipping and handling that may or may not have been charged to you for delivery of said product. Furthermore, any free trials that may or may not be offered with this product are only free during the said allotted time of the free trial period as outlined within the product sales page, confirmation of order page, and confirmation email. If you have not cancelled the free bonus within the free trial period (if offered on product purchasing), you are agreeing to purchase the bonus material and/or service at a monthly reoccurring cost. This can be cancelled by calling the customer service number provided in the confirmation email between the hours of 9AM and 9PM EST M-F and stating your desire to cancel said bonus material. However, in order to not be charged any future reoccurring cost, please give ample time (2 business days) to be cancelled out of any reoccurring billing system before the next scheduled charge to your account (this does not apply during any trial period). Not canceling trial programs constitutes authorization, by you, the buyer, for any charges (as outlined) for the associated bonus service until your request to cancel has been received by our customer service staff. As you can see the Terms direct the customer to the sales page, confirmation of order page and the confirmation email where all pertinent information is provided to the customer before, during and after placing their order.

You make everything an absolut secret so people don't know what they are really getting into. OMG- I AM SO UPSET-THIS WEBSITE IS TOTALY MISLEADING.- INTERNETJOBS.COM OR PROFIT HOUSE.COM OR GOOGLE HOME INOME. I DONT KNOW THE NAME OF THE COMPAMY EITHER BUT IT SAYS TO CANCEL GO TO support@myonlinecashsecrets.com and I am on this page. What the ???. I did not agree to the VIP for $39 or $29 or anything beyond that and better not be charged. I just logged on about one hour ago and agreed to pay $1.97. I am broke enough without being scammed out of a VIP fee I did not agee too.
HELP!!! I AM FRUSTRATED AND WILL CALL THE BANK IN THE MORNING. HASE ANYONE HEARD OF THESE COMPANIES BESIDES THE FACT TESTIMONIALS!!! |

| I have to admit, the advertisement did look tempting and I did agee to sign up for it and so far I dont have a good felling about this! you have to go through so much just to get started and that alone concerned me alot. I just joined yesterday and im ready to cancel my membership and get my refund back because this is just to much to be going through and I really don't have the time! When I saw all the complaints and bad comments from other people that really just made me make up my mind to go ahead and cancel and im hoping that I can with no problem! So with all this being said please do not join or agree to this scam! |

I had the same problem with the same number to call just a different name, or should I say names. Same 74.95 fee and 29.95 fee. This is ridiculous how an anyone get away with this???!!! I was wondering has anyone actually received their money back or tried filling a suit? If so please give me some information, because I would like to join.
The names I was harged buy were: thegoogleinvome and pretty...something or other.
Did anyone else get those names on their bank statements?

| I agreed to the $1.97 trial fee before I realized there would be a recurring monthly charge of $74.97. OK, my fault for not reading the terms & conditions. So I shot an email immediately to support@myonlinecashsecrets.com requesting to cancel. Not only did I not get no response, but I was charged the $74.97 five days later (thought I had 7 to cancel!!!) AND now, a week later, I have some other charge of $19.97 from pennytodollar.com which I have no idea what it's for or who it's from. The whole thing makes me want to puke...nobody answers any of the customer service phone numbers or emails provided and these charges have overdrawn my account, which costs me another $32 in fees from my bank! This bull**** has now cost me over $128.00 and I don't know how to stop it! What is it going to charge me tomorrow? Now I have to cancel my bank account...Nightmare. Stay away from this!!! |

I'm with you Nicoletom...I would like to learn how to engage in a smear on the net...Ive already written a mean letter to Google, and I filled out an application on the Pacificworks website using the fields to state my assessment of Ken Bell and his buddies.His son, by the way is is CFO...wow...Im soooooo surprized.I wonder what he would do if someone did the same shit to his children or family members?He'd be the loudest in protest and first to seek legal Selp.send me some ideas if you are able.Have fingers will type.

| This company got my wife as well, $1.95 instantly then $129.95 three day later. It was over a weekend so the charges did not show up in time for me to catch it. Emails and calls did not stop the next charge of $39.98, I have gone to my bank and shut down my debt card, I'll have weeks of failed charges on my auto bill utilities, this is a super SCAM!! They ARE NOT affiliated with GOOGLE at all BEWARE! |
