YOU SAID 100% SATISFACTORY AND I AM NOT SATISFIED. I PAID 29.95 TO FIND RECORDS ON SOME PEOPLE AND I GOT NO WHERE. THIS WEBSITE AFTER TAKING MY MONEY DID NOT FIND PEOPLE IN EXISTANCE THAT I KNOW FOR A FACT ARE ALIVE. I AM NOT SATISFIED AND REQUEST TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I SIGNED UP ON 02-25-08 AND TODAY IS 02-26-08. THIS SERVICE IS NOT USEFULL TO ME OR ANYONE I KNOW.

Sorry to hear of your negative experience. If you feel the product or service was unsatisfactory, I would try to resolve it with the publisher first. It costs the publisher much less to make you happy or refund your money than to go through the pain of a chargeback.

Allow me to introduce myself, I am a software publisher and I use ClickBank to handle all my financial transactions. Unfortunately, the problem is not with Clickbank but rather the publisher. Clickbank has thousands of these publishers and unfortunately there ARE some shady ones. Clickbank tries to weed them out, but they obviously can't get everyone.

I am here to tell you that there are honest publishers and Clickbank is a reputable company for managing online financial transactions.

you debited my card ending with 0659 without my authorization and I want you to credit my card back and cancel any an all accounts I have with you.

Why would you do this any way?
My clickbank account was free when I started and why would you wait all this time?

I have been asking for a refund the second day i purchased the product. I first contacted the site, asked for a refund. All i got was junk mail explaining to me how i can use their servise blah blah (www.moviedownloads.com)It will be 2 weeks, and i am afraid they are stalling time to past the refund day policy. Isnt there any law or anything to stop these websites? Then I went to clickbank website hoping to ask and want help. Sadly there isnt even a form you can actually fill out or email.

For future reference: stay away from CLICKBANK AND WWW.MOVIEDOWNLOADS.COM
