Received DVD (Picket Fence Series) Tapes are obvisouly copied from a normal TV show. The quality of the DVD's Disk 1 started out snowy and after a few minutes stop playing. 2nd Disk won't play at all. No phone number other than email to contact; this is a poor way of doing business. I am not happy with the quality of this product at all. I feel the website is extremely misleading and false. The website stated new and what I received is far from being a new product. Do not order from this company. Any suggestions on how to get this matter resolved.

I ordered a complete TV series from ClickDVDshows.com and received confirmation and an expected delivery date approximately two weeks out. I waited and the time came and went. I used their confirmation email to reply and inquire. I got no response back but after about four more days the product was hand delivered by a private carrier. My initial relief was sabotaged by the incredibly poor quality and defective DVDs that restart at the beginning at random locations across the entire product. I received an email after delivery from their 'customer support' Tracy Wallace, where in I inquired about returns and product quality guarantees, getting no response, as you might expect. My recommendation: Stick with the most reputable providers like Amazon, it's worth the price if the product is good quality. ClickDVDshows.com is a lousy company with equally lousy customer service.

I too ordered from ClickDVDshows.com and never got my Hercules order. I found this website to be very helpful.

I have called them and Alysha said she will credit my account. I hope this works for you. I will not order from these people again, and recommend you do not either.

I totally agree that the quality of the tapes ordered from ClickDVDhouse.com are pathetic. Obviously recorded off a television set. Items were sent from China via the postal service. Another example of corporate greed outsourcing to make the largest profit possible, but not providing quality goods. I choice them because they were listed as a source on Amazon. Thankfully as of today, Amazon has had the good sense to take them off their source list (at least I hope so). Recommendation: Avoid this company at all costs...

I ordered a set of DVDs from ClickDVD that was supposed to arrive Dec. 24 but came Jan. 16. They came from CHINA on discs that will not play, a bunch of discs that had obviously been taped from TV, hand numbered, in a broken case. I contacted the company but got no response, so contacted my credit card company and am disputing the charge. There was no return address to send the tapes back to and no response to that query.

I ordered Sabrina The Teenage Witch 7 Season DVD. Quality of the product & labeling is VERY poor. They are obviously home made bootleg products and many will not play.

I could not contact them by phone. I'm seeking an immediate refund & free return shipping. I'll keep you posted on my progress.

The BBB has them listed as Click Dvd House, TV DVD Bonanza, 123 Main St, Chicago, IL 60616 but I could not find the address using Google. BBB has NO listed complaints so if you're unsatisfied, I'd suggest putting in a complaint.

Absolutely the worst illegal copied dvd's I have ever received in my life, and those were the ones that worked!
Poor communiction, Poor quality, Poor presentation and absolute waste of time, money and energy.
I Have paid for return registered shipping and they have said they will credit my CCard account cross my fingers otherwise I will be a very angry lady.
