Their e-mail on Oct 26, 2011 stated: The customer contracted ClickBank to request a refund because the product was too difficult or complicated to understand. ClickBank offered to send a technical support request to you on the customer's behalf; however, they declined. ClickBank granted this refund because their order was within our 60 day refund period.

On Jan22 2012 I was interested in finding out more information on the Mobile Money Machines - Superaffiliate Technolgy. A supposedly consultatn representative called on Tuesday evening adn immediately started asking alot of question re: my financial means, health, age and past experience, how much money I expected to make from the venture. I was greatly surprised to fing this type of person on the phone before he explained the program to me when I had already purchased the book or information from the website
The Clink Bank order number was 7YL7EJKY. Please a credit to my CHASE Master Card in the amount of $49 .95

in order that this matter may be closed immediately. There are other compamies to do business with that will appreciate the opportunity to representation. I expect this request to be handled in an expeditious manner.

I would appreciate it if you can get onto this company to give me a refund on these products I purchased. None of them work as promised. The site promises a refund no questions asked if the customer isn't happy with their product. The reason I am filling out this form is because I can't get any satisfaction at all from them. Because none of it works. You just go around in circles getting no where. The only thing that definately works and it works straight away is when I paid for something. Then there product is either not there or does not work. I'd appreciate your help to gain my refunds. I even notified my bank so that they are aware that I do not approve of any further transactions from my credid card. From any one line service in the future. Was directed to Vitalrec.com to try to get get death certificate of relative in the US. Site put me to Archive.com. To get the certificate, I took out a 3 month membership. (only $25)
This was 22nd August 2011. Now the site will not recognise my name or password and there seems no way to contact them. ( I could not get the certificate either as it was not set up for outside the US). So someone has my $25 as a free donation and I would like to warn others

These are a fraudulent web site who get you to sign up for their services and once they have your money you find out they do not provide the services offered. In particular they offer services in the UK but when you sign up ojnly those services in USA are allowed. They also will not then refund you payment. They have obtained these payments illegally and should not be used.

I listed ebooks with Clickbank and made several sales at approx $19 per sale. Click bank sent a check for the first amount which was less than the bank fees in my country to cash it so I followed the Clickbank instructions and sent the check back marked VOID with instructions to amalgamate the check amount with another recent sale and re-issue the check for a larger amount. They never credited my account with the returned amount and have been deducting $1 from my account each month since April 2011 with $5 taken from my account recently. Clickbank have not dealt with my complaint and seem content to ignore this breech of trust for their own benefit. Imagine how many other small accounts they embezzle using the same frustrating tactics. Clickbank have given no reason or response for stealing money out of my account which under the circumstances must be considered Fraud. I would like to report their activities to the relevant Authorities to try and stop them ripping people off. After several product sales and paying $49 joining fee, I still havent received anything back after more than a year. Does anyone know which government authority to report such complaints to in the USA? Your assistance would be much appreciated.

I did not order anything from this company. But yet they had all my banking information. I did however order from another online company(some jewelry) but have not yet been charged for it. I opened up my bank account information online and seen this charge for $49.95 on my account from CLKBANK.COM in which I had NOT ordered a thing. I called them several times but only received recorded information, NO LIVE PERSON. I need my money back in my bank. And I will not ever order anything online again, no matter how bad I want it...

I have got invoiced of NOK 262, 51 for software i cannot remember to have ordered. Could you please tell me what kind of software this is?

Filled out page 1 for a software product with the product listed at $9.95 - credit card information entered on page 1. Hit continue and on the next page, the product is $39.95 - I terminated the order and wound up on a page 3 with the product now listed at $59.95.

I never did submit the order, I just terminated the connection to the site. Next day, I have a $39.95 charge on my credit card.

I fell for it, and spent $49.95. I should have known better when I tried to search the database for authors or titles, and it directed me to the subscribe page. On 1 page it showed book covers for James Patterson, Patricai Cornwell. After paying my fee, my favorite authors were NOT listed, even the ones they were showing the book covers for. ASAP I asked them to refund my $.Contacted me credit services and filed a dispute. They are a scam!

CLKBANK.com is a scammer and is committing thousands of fraudulent and erronious charges on people's chargecards and bank accounts. CLKBANK. com got me for $68.76, my credit card is locked up in a fireroof, tamper proof box. I was told by someone that they have these b uildings whereas this scammer has several hundres peoople running numbers on some machine and when one comes up, they use it to purchase something. CLKBANK .com is supposed to be some digital software scammer, and I got this information from numerous sources. Now I am waiting for GEMoney Bank to credit the charge off my account. I am tired of these people doing this. Stay away from CLKBANK.com. They might even be sending out a virus if you have used them but in my case, my card was locked up and in my possession, when I was scammed,

i was charged $39.85 i have no access to internet nor I have used this or tried this software. As per SBI credit card statement I was charged by CLK Bank and i was not happy there were a few charges i was so mad i call my credit card company and try and get them of my bill i think i'm going to cancel my card and never put anything... Butt now I request you to refund my money back immediately.

My clicbank affiliate payment had been delayed for 2 months since Dec 2010 and repeatedly failed by 3 times via direct deposit without valid reasons! The clicbank accounting staff Laurna S, Sommar Sought and Chris Mayers always say will handle my case but in reality do NOTING. I still never receive any payment! I also never see any check although you always lie had sent me but no post office records can be shown to me!

I have unauthorizied charges from Clkbank.com on my bank statement and have repeatedly tried to contact them via phone and email with no response. There is a charge of $ 1.00 on the 15th of January 2011 and another on the 22nd of January 2011 of $19.95. I have sent in written complaints and still no response.

I have joined the clickbank affiliate program but only receive their commission for one time via direct depost, after that, Clickbank suddenly claim my direct deposit is not successful and they don't release any more commission to me! Their report claim that their commission had beent sent out to me by check after that but I never receive any check.
I have contacted clickbank many times but don't recieve any response!
Ther are almost $1000 oustanding payment they don't pay me!

I have never even heard of this company but this company needs to be stopped! Somehow they got my credit card #

There has got to be a way to stop scams like this, i called on 12/9/10 and the person on the phone said my money would be returned, i have yet to see anything. I live paycheck to paycheck so this socalled company has cost me over 65.00.
