Yellowpages contacts me to set up an online ad. I listen to Marc Segan's sales pitch and tell him forget the 12 month contract. He also lowered the monthly charges from $3000 a month down to $100 during all the "no's" that I gave him. In his last effort to get me, he suggests that I try the service for one month and agree to continue the service if I am satisfied. I agree. I give him my credit card and he bills me for $100 and asks me to sign his template computer for the credit card company. Somehow this turns into a signed 12 month contract that I have been relentlessly harassed over for months. After the first month I called Marc Segan and he no longer works there. I called customer service and they tell me the will talk to a supervisor and call me back. After month 2, I get hit on my charge again. Now I'm agravated. I change my card number and they hound me day and night for a new card. Did I mention that the number on the ad forwarded to the wrong number? I wasn't getting any calls from the ad. This is an AT&T company. WOW! I know I'm not alone on this scam. If you get a call from AT&T, Yellowpages.com or MARC SEGAN, run.
