Unauthorized Fraudulent charges from Classiccloseouts.com, in the past 2 weeks they’ve charged my credit card twice for $69.99. I have NOT done business with them for the past 6- 8 months, but they continue to charge my credit card fraudulently.
Calls to 516-538-1616 & 516-569-5390 went straight to voice mail, so I had to leave numerous messages to no avail. I’ve alerted my bank’s fraud department. I had to close my account to prevent future charges.

Do not use this merchant. They are a fraud!!!

Hi, The same thing happened to me on 7/14/2008, and I filed a dispute with my credit card company. (Capital One) Still waiting to hear from them. Any advice ? I also had not made a purchase with them since 2005, and I got the same leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible message, and that message was with every dept. Could it be a computer glich? or another version of identity theft? Sincerely, Renee in Massachusetts

I HAVE NOT PURCHASED ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANAY SINCE 12/01/07, AND I HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME IN JULY AND AUGUST. I HAD MY CREDIT CARD CANCELLED. Same thing happend to me, the first time I did not noticed the charge of 69.99 on my credit card bill. It happened again the month of Aug, 08. The last time I made a purchase was in 2002. I've cancelled my credit card that I had for 15 yrs. I too cannot get a hold of anyone to resolve the issue. My advice if you ever purchased from them beware. Check your credit cards closely for charges from classiccloseouts that you did not make.

Same thing happened to me. They charged me $69.99 three times on 7/14/08, 8/1/08 and 8/20/08. I called 516-538-1616 many times, but nobody try to return my call. I called my credit card company and they now blocked my card and issue a new one. I have not purchase anything from them since February 2005! Beware if this company!

I got the same charges. I have Capital One and disputed two charged both for $59.99. They granted my dispute and refunded me. However, I got reposts on the charges because Capital One is saying they received evidence that proves that I made these purchases. I disputed it again but Capital One says I have not provided enough evidence. I never purchased from this company? WTF this is bullshit. If I have to pay this ($120) I am canceling all of my Capital One accounts. What else can I do?
