We purchased a new Maytag dishwasher 16 months ago. From beginning it did not clean well and made abnormal noises. We had the repairman and the owner of the appliance store out many times. They said there was nothing wrong with dishwasher, it was due to "outside influences". I am 57 and know how to run a dishwasher. Translate: They did not know how to repair it. I told John Mitchell I will never come into his place of business again, and went down the road to buy my appliances. This was after we had bought from this store for 20 years. I told him I would just have to call Maytag about the whole mess. Mr. Mitchell told me to GO AHEAD, that HE would look the number up for me if I wanted. Not good business manners, lost an old customer forever right there.
