Over charged $300.00 for cleaning

Paid for cleaning using debit card, 04-30-2008. Cleaning total was $34.90. Cleaners charged $334.90, and will not refund money. My bank is now involved and the BBB. In addition, the manager and owner is treating me with the greatest amount of disrespect ever. Their argument is that if they refund my money, I can in turn go to my bank and cancel the transaction. How stupid!! As a merchant they dont even know that a consumer CAN NOT cancel a debit charge.
