Circuit City offers all customers an after warenty insurance plan. They sell it as "Total piece of mind" "Hassle free fix it or replace it" What they do not tell you is, in the fine print under the terms and conditions, (which you can only read after you buy it) it allows them at their discretion to replace your product with a "Rebuilt or refurbished" unit or, repair your product with used parts. They know that if you saw the truth of what you are buying, you will never buy it. Then, they give themselves the ability to take a "Reasonable" amount of time to decide what to do with your product. The term Reasonable is ambiguous and could mean weeks or even months. Basically you are totally being screwed and fleeced out of your money. I would recommend that you not only not buy the insurance, but do not buy anything from people who would screw you like this! I, unfortunately did not know this and got totally suckered.
