I placed an order online on December 5th, my credit card was charged and I was waiting someone to contact me for delivery. I e-mailed that Web Sales person with the name Khalil Baba on December 14th, just to receive an e-mail saying that everything was looking great, but he had to confirm my address before they ship it. But first, he wanted to know what I ordered it. !!! I couldn't believe it, so I politely answered with all the details. This, just to receive an e-mail on December 17th that they run out of stock, but I could choose a similar furniture, and they will ship in 3-5 days.
I accepted the substitution, and this only to wait until December 20th, and receive an e-mail saying that my delivery will take about 2-3 weeks. !!!
Besides the first e-mail, that was signed as Khalil Baba, all the others, were as Web Sales websales AT cityschemes.com, no number, nothing.
Of course, I called an canceled the damn order but I had to post this online, because if I knew about this, I had never waisted my time to wait for their disable person to respond.
It took about 3 weeks to give me a refund for something that it was just waste of time.
Do not order from City Schemes. They are overpriced, rude and they never deliver. I do hope they are going out of business, not because I had problem with my delivery but because they don't know how to run it. Very dishonest too.
I had to post this online, it was my only tool to make sure that at least people will see it.
