Was informed of "new site" making navigation, access much easier. What a bunch of crap. This company website has never been "user friendly". I followed all the steps to restart online access and the stupid thing still doesn't work!!! What is even crazier is if i have to go to the store to pay the bill it takes an act of congress in the store as well. If this is just the tip of the way they do business no wonder they filed bankruptcy. Will not make the mistake of dealing with this company or Chase Bank again.

Between the poor service in the store, not being able to reach a manager, quality poor products, and being unable to pay or even FIND whatever hapened to the web site - I will never buy another product in Circuit city. and thats my final answer.
