Circle K unethical behaviour

Good evening,

I'm writing this complaint based the service I received at 10989 Dynamite Blvd Scottsdale Arizona 85262. The clerks name is "Russ" and I do not think I have ever been pan handled and insulted from an employee of a convenience store ever before. This whole situation begun last week on Sunday when I purchased lottery scratchers and returned to the store to cash them in and the same clerk "Russ" took my tickets and cashed me out and then with actually meaning it said "Aren't you going to share any with me? Excuse me I paid to play not for donations...
I would like to mention. I was never boisterous, obnoxious, condescending or arrogant in any way shape or form while in line or speaking to "Russ"in any way. This week I and my friends returned to the store to purchase more tickets. After returning with my wining tickets "Russ" could not operate the machine or get it to scan. I offered in a helpful tone of voice to try and push the gray button on top of the reader. HE took the tickets and threw them at me and said go somewhere else! I replied "Dude I was trying to help you" His reply was I know what I f***ing doing go somewhere else. AT that poinjt I told him back your a "F***ing DICK" and left. This exchange was at approximately 3:45 PM on 11/67/2016. I was wearing a black cap brown shirt and beige shorts. I ask you to please review your tapes to validate my experience. Tomorrow I will also be reporting this to the Arizona Lottery for failure to redeem winning tickets. Next time if I want to be pan handled and insulted I certainly will go to this location. My friends that saw this go down were stunned of his behavior and were witness to it.

Circle K the whole store

My husband and I stop by the store on graceland rd mount airy nc multiple times a day, here lately the store itself smells horrible, the coffee is never made and when it is it tastes days old, the cappuccino machine never works. The counters are always nasty. It wasn't this bad until the new hires came in. The girls that were running the store always kept the store up.

Circle K service

On the morning of Sunday November 6 at 5:30 am I an American Muslim was rudely confronted by a white middle aged woman wearing glasses employee when I attempted to get creamer for my coffee. She brazenly and loudly told me to not to get it in a threatened manner. I was at once embarrassed and highly offended as I am a daily patron of the store which is within feet of my residence. This is not the first encounter I 'eve had with this same employee. shes been very offensive to me and other Muslim client according to my Muslim associates. I am a retired veteran home owner and taxpaying citizen and certainly don't expect this type of treatment that it seems people of my religion normally receive from that employee.

Circle K management

11/4/2016, 2200 hours.

I went into a shift and decided I could no longer work for the store I was working. the previous week I had to call the store manager of store 3377 in to do the work the second shifters were supposed to have done. The previous week was my final straw, and I informed CHERRI the manager of that. EVERY single shift I worked, the store was clean for the following shift but second shift never did its job, which required me to pick up their slack. I just couldn't take it any longer. When I walked in for my shift on 11/4/2016 the store was a mess, cups weren't done and second shift left me with their jobs to do. I told them to clean the store before I clock in and they called the manager, I then received a call from the manager asking what was going on. I informed her that the roller grills were still a mess and I would not start my shift under the circumstances. she ended up saying "i've had enough of this" and hung up on me. I left the store and went to my house, I text messaged the manager CHERRI because she had hung up on me, I asked "I hope I to use the 5 months I worked my ### off for the store as a reference. Sorry Cheri but I can't work there anymore. bye" she replied "u abandon ur shift and u want what from me" I then said "okay well deuces" to her reply of whatever that means whit that gusto slang" I sent a message after reading that from her that said "if I ran your store it would be immaculate. I read the comments online last week from the customers and I agree. vye" I received a message saying "don't text me anymore after sent my message. she then replied again... after telling me to stop replying.. she continued to reply.. saying "you don't have the temperament to Handel it" I replied "Maybe not, but I wouldn't have let my employees walk all over me" then she continued to berate me by saying "you couldn't handle 50 hours a week what I do you couldn't handle 12 employees you can't even handle eight or 10 hours a week what are you talking about" then she sent another... "i said don't text me anymore I will file a grievance for you to leave me alone do not text me anymore don't make me file a restraining order"

that was when I stopped replying because even though she told me to stop she kept messaging me ad when she messaged me she demeaned me back and talked crap to me.

I would like to talk to someone who can make me feel better about the 5 months I worked my butt off for circle k. the last conversation i had with a manager has made me never want o go back into a circle k. this last altercation was absolutely unacceptable.

Circle K service

They have an employee their his name is Ian. He flirts with me every time I am their. That was fine how ever until he started asking me if I did drugs. After that I see him standing out side of the Job smoking weed with crowds of people sometimes even children . I don't see how aby company could hire a man like that . I'm a business lady and if any of my employees did drugs out side my business I'd fire them. I could of even did a sexual law suite but that is not my concern any more . I can't belive he is allowing children to smoke cigarettes and weed. I will go back to the store to make sure something was done and this wasn't over looked.

Circle K amanda (cashier)

My boyfriend and I go to circle K on 98 and Amanda makes him and I so uncomfortable to the point we won't be going there anymore. When she sees him walk in she jumps on the register and tells him "you look like my ex" But keeps hinting how she is attracted to him. As he is leaving she tells him sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable and he tells her "YOU DID" and proceeds to walk out. We walk in today 11-2-16 together, she assists him, waits for him to walk outside and she tells me "you and I have the same taste in guys, he looks like my ex" Very unprofessional! Why did she feel that's something she should say to start a conversation? I told her that she makes him feel uncomfortable, paid for my gas and walked out. Is she always this unprofessional? You can be attracted to someone without saying something weird to them. How often does she say things out of the way? I don't want her fired, not at all my intentions. I love your store, very clean, but something needs to be said.

Circle K hot chocolate

I purchased a large hot chocolate at Circle K in Greensburg, Indiana this morning at approx. 7:45 AM, 11-1-16. I work in the Decatur County Clerk's Office, and while I was there drinking it, I drank something from the cup that was a chunk, so I spit it out thinking it was a chunk of chocolate. That is when I realized it was a bug! With wings and long legs! I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! This is also on video, as everything in our office is recorded. This is unacceptable and I am filing a complaint. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

What happens when you open and close your door at home constantly? Bugs come in. They land on your glasses or your table. It happens. Those places are a revolving door. No way in Hades can they keep every bug out.

Circle K prepaid phone coverage

I go into Circle K in Randolph, Ohio every month to purchase my prepaid phone plan for Boost Mobile. Yesterday, something went wrong. A customer service representative for this location grabbed a boost mobile reboost card, scanned it, took my money, and handed me a receipt. Although, I read the receipt and noticed that she somehow registered the card under Net10, another carrier, even though she handed me my reboost card. After the transaction is made, there is nothing really you can do to cancel it, so now I am out $37.59 for the $35.00 card and taxes. If someone certified from Circle K is viewing this, I still have receipt, transaction number for the unused Net10 service, and the reboost card that was given to me and scanned. Went into the store and no one could help me. I would like a refund of my money back, I can't just go out and buy a Net10 phone with the capability of using the data plan I also paid for, for just 1 month service. I am very upset about this. Thanks.

That is a weird one. Scan one item and another shows up? Have you even tried to use the card? If they scanned the card, then the register could only activate the card scanned. If the card works, you need no refund.

Circle K service

Circle K on 7330 Veterans Pkwy Columbus, Ga 31904. Service was awful. Three store clerks having an inappropriate conversation about their personal business and disrespecting customers. One of the clerks was proceed to come in and out the store behind a young man begin to have inappropriate conversation with young man and two other clerks behind the register. Clerk who was in and out the store was on duty and displayed no respect the customers and their needs while store was busy. This incident happened on October 28, 2016 at 12:30 p.m.

Circle K rude management (higher up)

I walked to the circle k (1212 N. Bowman Ave, Danville, Il.) for a polar pop for me and my roomates when I discovered the door was locked. I didn't see the sign on the door at first as I was talking to the homeless man standing outside the door (friendlier gent than the employee even though he coughed on me) and I tried the door when I was "greeted" by an employee asking me if I can read waving me on continuously saying by in an extraordinarily rude manor because of an employee meeting with upper management. Now normally I love visiting this circle k, the coffee brewed fresh by friendly employees put a smile on my face. Even the employee stationed there now for thirds is a great customer experience. Whoever was there either from another store, shift, or even higher management that thought it was ok to treat a customer like this has scared my vision with memories of bigotry when I look upon those doors. This incident happened around 8:30, 8:45 local time.

Circle K employee dolores

I got a Circle K everyday to get coffee so I go to the one in Pelham today but I never go to and now I know why but I go to the counter to pay I get a handful of the cream really it's not even creamer the Stokes and she tells me I can't get them because they don't have a button to sell it it comes with the coffee and I'm not allowed to get more than like 1 or two I'm sorry that I want four maybe five I even tried to pay for the extra two or three of them then she says I'm stealing them she was very rude and I would never spend another dime in the store and on top of that the other employees behind her laughing the whole time the lady's name is Dolores she's very read aloud

Circle K employment

They are the worst to work for I was a manager at circle k for 4 years and the treated me like I was nothing. also they don't care if you work 21 hours a day wouldn't even pay my sick and personal time "it was 40 hours". they are the cheapest corporation I know the head of HR manager is just horrible to deal with promised me 10 times that they would pay me my hours owed after almost 2 months of emailing back and forth to find out why I did not get paid he finally told me that I was not entitled to my money that I had worked for. Also they have very poor excuses for market managers that don't know their jobs and play favorites, but when you say anything to corporate they just ignore you or as the famous word that I was told by my R.O.D. "deal with it" was the exact words that were used. Nothing about circle k is employment friendly of family friendly.

Circle K attendant at register

I went inside to pay for gas for my truck with a Vanilla gift car. I initially paid for $15.00 of gas. The pump didn't want to work so I hung it back up and went back inside. The attendant informed me I had to re-scan my card again for the $15.00 to get my gas and the initial $15.00 charge would reverse out because the gas wasn't pumped. When I checked my card before leaving, it shows I was double charged and they are refusing to reimburse me for the additional $15.00 charge. I spoke with the manager that was there at the time and he told me it would go back on my card; however, he couldn't tell me how long it would take. I informed them that I was very unhappy with the way this was handled. The attendant confirmed the gas didn't pump the first time so why did I have to re-scan the card if the gas was never pumped. I would appreciate my $15.00 overcharge be returned to my card.

Circle K not receiving change after payment

After getting $10.00 gas, lottoiwas told they couldn't help me in any way, not even giving me corp. # to call for a complaint. Tickets for total of $2.00, I paid wth a $50.00 bill, I had other items in hand, got gas, left 2 hrs later realized didn't get $38.00 change from staffer ashley @ store #5641 in napoleon, ohio. Returned to store told mgr. Glenda, that ashley had been conversing with fellow co - worker, & i needed to get her attention to get my order. I didn't get any help at all, not even # of corp. To file a complaint. I'm on a fixed soc. Sec. Budget & can't afford this loss of funds. I regularly visti this store & refer it to family & friends but now having seconds thoughts. Please help solve this problem for me thank - you

Circle K false imprisonment of a paying customer!!!

I stopped in to the Circle K located @ 4630 S 50th St, Tampa, FL 33619 on 10/06/2016 at approximately 9:00pm to purchase a Polar Pop drink. I filled my cup went to the counter and paid. As I was leaving the store I stopped to glance at a potato chip display thinking maybe I would also get a bag of chips. They didn't have the kind I wanted so I proceeded to leave the store, when the woman working behind the counter yelled at me " Ma'am! What did you just take?" I stopped and turned around so she could clearly see me and said. "Nothing, I was looking at the chips." I held up my hands holding my drink cup, Keys and Cellphone. She could clearly see I had nothing else. She then positioned herself in between me and the exit falsely imprisoning me in the store and said, " I'm not playing with you, I know you took something. Where is it?" I asked if she was serious and again showed her I had nothing but my drink, keys and phone. She refused to let me leave the store. I then called 911 on my cellphone alerting the local police that I was being falsely imprisoned in the store by the employee on duty. Once she realized I was talking to a police officer she moved from in front of the door allowing me to leave. I do believe that I could sue Circle K and the woman working for False Imprisonment as I know it was all caught on camera by the store security system. I am currently waiting for a return call from Circle K Corporate as to how they plan to handle this situation going forward.

Circle K employee service

I went in to get a ice cream, the machine did not say out of order it and it put out ice cream just fine. Half way through it started to beep. I assumed that meant stop so I did. Well, when I get home I realize it's not flavored so my wife calls and the lady was nice and said bring it back and we will refund it. So as soon as I walk in the door a different employee, a short guy, starts to talk smack, give me attitude and all. He was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in retail. He should have a different job. I guess that's why he always works 3rd shift

Circle K paying for gas at the pump with debit card

I recently stopped at kangaroo gas station in huntsville alabama on hwy 72. I pumped 45.00 worth of gas and when i looked up my bank account the store had held 125.00 on my card. I am so upset because that significant amount of money could have caused my bank account to be overdrawn. Most vehicles do not hole 125.00 worth of gas so iam not understanding the reason for this much money being held on my card. Plus it was a debit card. I will not be doing business with the store ever again and i will notify all my friends and family about how outrageous this is.

Circle K horrible management/area management

I previously worked for Circle K in Arizona I was wrongfully treat it multiple times I work 16 to 18 hours days no breaks no lunch break no nothing i walk to work in the rain and sleet I rode a bike to work I worked for CIRCLE K for a year and I was a great employee I was never late never called in I worked other people shift if I was sick I still came in it was one day I could not even talk I brought a dry erase board to work so right when I needed to say to the customers and they understood that I was determined to be a perfect employee to have a great work history I received probation from the military because I was tricked into staying overnight they told me it was nothing they could do they cut my hours multiple times for personal reason I was discriminated by my area manager for my lifestyle I was told not to talk about my lifestyle whether the customer asked me or not it was OK for other customers to talk about their heterosexual relationships but me not talk about mine I was harassed by other employees I was confronted by managers about things they watched on videos for personal reasons and I was wrongfully terminated they say I was terminated for chasing and confronting I had prior Lee chased someone at the store and did not get terminated but but a week after I confront someone in the store that I see shoving something in their pocket and I can get terminate the store that I work that was a mess horrible workers horrible management but I made the best of the job I liked what I did it's like OK but definitely did not like the working environment I feel That circle K is not a good place to work they lie about all the thing they offer and do I would never shop there ever the items are filty the food stays on there rollers for hours and I would not recommend anyone eat there or shop it was the worst mistake of my life working for them

It got to s point were I couldn't even talk in the store to go worker or customer with out being confronted about what I said for personal reason I was saying I don't like some one I was venting to s coworker or friend and I get confronted about me not talking to management my privacy was invaded continuously and I accepted it but I am going to recommend that all circle k in Arizona but health expected with no notice and I bet they would close a lot of them

Circle K manager

During the day with the daytime crew, they do not do the responsibilities needed to keep the store moving at a good pace for the afternoon and night crew. The manager has been informed plenty of times and has not done a thing to fix the behavior of the lacking employees. During the afternoon when its the busiest times, They only have person working for hours at a time, leaving them to do all the stocking, the cleaning, and taking care of lines that reach down the door or even curve throughout the store. Instead of getting another person to help out, nothing has been done to help these employees who do double the work. The manager has not done anything to help or change any of these things.

Circle K cottonwood az store

The store is filthy all I see is the workers doing is going outside to smoke cigarettes instead of cleaning up the store they should worry more about the in side then taking a smoke break the bathroom is disgusting I had to go so bad but I left and wouldn't even use it the fountain station looks like they haven't been taken apart to ever been cleaned and the soda taste poorly compared to other circle K I've been to there coolers and under slushy machine has a bunch of stuff spilt under it the only nice looking thing there was a new display of the candy bar Aile that has lights on it
