silent... perhaps the store you are speaking of is owned by someone other than mine. My company is actually owned by Couche-tard & we are part of circle k midwest. I know for us and all the stores in our market we have to have the sticker displayed. I really don't have anything else for you, I'm sorry.

Mari, why are these stickers so difficult to find. If you type in Circle K complaint on google, it brings up applications. My daughter was harrassed by the Marketting Manager in the Memphis area mr Bobby Copelin, I hope I can find his number, or someone who will do something about this harrasment. My daughter was so happy to get the job, she is a young, beautiful, intelligent college student, whome after the first month enjoyed the company, yet the first time the marketting manager made his way into her store of employment, she was touched. He asked her if she wanted to lose and her job and thank God for her pride; she is currently unemployeed. Suddenly her hours were changed from 35+ to under twenty hours. My family disputed the fact with her store manager who agreed that she had worked over thirty hours, but she had been deleted by his boss from the system and no record could be found of her hours. Clearly these employees are treated poorly and therefore will have a hard time, putting on a smile for every customer- imagine losing your job after months of searching for a job to be fired from a gas station. Even worse, we cannot find anyone who will hear the complaint out. Other employees simply say they cannot give out any corporate numbers. I cannot help but think this marketting manager has threatened their jobs as well!

In Memphis the marketting manager harrasses female employees. The man is named Bobby Coplin/Copeland- my daughter came home crying he put his hands on her and threatened her job. This man has two children and is married. It is unacceptable!

I have been with the company for over a year now and have seen various things at different stores that I disagree with myself here in Ohio. If you feel strongly enough about your complaints look around the front doors for a sticker that reads somerhing along the lines of comments or complaints. It is a corporate number. Make sure you get the store number which should also be displayed on the sign. If the sign is not visible try circlek.com. Hope this helps, and I'm sorry you have had such a bad experience. Its nothing glamorous but I personally love my job and all my regulars all which are like family now. Good luck!
