After months of trying to find the perfect sofa that had a nice look, I decided to buy (2) of the Cindy Crawford Summer HYDRA sofas. Our first mistake was buying it from The Brick, and our second mistake was believing that they were made in the U.S. when the tags said made in China. We have had problems with the stitching and back cushions, and we only had them for 3 weeks. Finally called and demanded (2) new sofas and finally delivered after 2 weeks. I am fed up as the quality and workmanship of the stitching is very poor.Does anyone do quality control? If Cindy Crawford is designing furniture only for looks and not for usage, then it's not the right business for her. I regret the purchase, but don't want to go through the hassle again of a second exchange. Does anyone have a direct address for complaints to the manufacturer?

Agree! Our cushions have disintegrated! It is the most crazy thing! Rooms to go customer service denies knowing this and their stores also. This is all over the internet. DO NOT purchase!

Purchased 2 Cincy Crawford sleep sofas on 10-31-13 from Rooms to Go. The sleeper mechanism is hanging down below the bottom of the couch and looks like it is broken. Contacted the manufacturer, H.M. Richards in Alabama and they admitted that the wrong mechanism was installed. Called R to G and they have sent 2 service men out here and they both said there is nothing they can do. I was offered an exchange or a discount on my bill. I know when I am being bamboozled and will take this up with my attorney. The head of Service said that there is no replacementart, well, you can only imagine what I told her!
NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

We are on our second Cindy Crawford couch and is as big a piece of junk as the first one. We thought the first one was just a lemon but the second one is falling apart too. We will try to get some help from the Brick but they just want to give us another one We don't want to keep doing this. Saw the contact address in an earlier post an will try contacting Cindy Crawford Enterprises directly

Our couches started slouching within 3 months, the backs were sagging, the stitching was coming undone and a corner tore from just adjusting to sitting down. We called to have a tech come look at it- he told us it was definitely a manufacture defect... and then we got a call back from The Brick saying it was normal wear and tear... so we complained again and convinced the them to send another tech again. Same tech showed up surprised - he had specifically told them manufacture defect...essentially the Brick lied to us and said it was wear and tear when the tech disagreed. They didn't want to honour the warranty OBVIOUSLY. So they called back and said that we could take $350 gift card OR get repairs. I asked what kind of repairs? They didn't know... how can we get repairs without The Brick knowing? And what are we supposed to do with $350 to the Brick and crappy couches? Hoping to get them returned, still only less than a year of having them. The Brick will do anything possible to keep from taking couches back. Even have unhappy and frustrated customers. Do not buy from the Brick if you can help it. Customer service is just awful.

I was looking into buying Cindy Crawfords Hyra sofa, I love the look but now that I have read you comments I don't think it will withstand the abuse from my 3 year old son. Thanks for the warning!

Totally agree. I am a victim too. These sofas which are very expensive are sold in Texas by Rooms to Go, which is another place to beware of! They talk sweet until u pay the price and from then on, they harass you by first delivering defective items, then making u wait for hours (taking time off work) for either their delivery truck or their service technicians. Its a nightmare. Rooms to Go seel defective Cindy Crawford sofas, which are patched up to look like new. After a week, when the defect becomes apparent, they wash their hands off and this is after you buy their expensive insurance too. So, BEWARE!

The furniture is GARBAGE! I have been complaining for over a year because my set started breaking down the moment I got it. The biggest problem is the seat cushions don't stay back they keep sliding out. The stitching came undone on the sofa. The cushion stuffing started to break down immediately. The indented buttons on the back cushions came undone. The set is garbage and I am on my way right now to the Brick.

The manager finally said he would make me an offer but something tells me it's not going to be anything worthwhile. He said if I don't accept his offer I can take it to court and he's "ok with that". Nice. This is after buying the extended warranty coverage and having my calls basically ignored for one year.

BEWARE BUYERS! DO NOT BUY CINDY CRAWFORD FURNITURE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!
