I received a FREE credit report and was then charged a monthly fee for additional information I did not request. This is a true scam. When I called "cic, " a lady with a thick European accent answered the phone. I couldn't understand a word she said. I got the run-around for about 5 minutes before filing this complaint.
I want to cancel whatever agreement I was "tricked" into receiving. This is ridiculous!
