I never signed up for these services, I went in on credit report.com to get a free credit report on one company, experian, now they are billing me monthly $14.99 for all 3 credit reports, when in fact I didn't want it. In addition, I have rec'd an email from them, I explained to them I don't want their services and they still are billing me. They won't stop the service even if I asked them to. How can I get them to stop? Plz advise smb!
