unfortunatly, we used a trial credit report agency.we did cancel within the 30day period. we have ask them to stop numerous times via phone, e-mail but to no avail .please- its been about a year its 12.00 a month x12 months for something we do not want.i realize it was a mistake but how can i make them stop?please dont say i have to put it in writting because we did!please help!!!
