I opened a credit report offer to view my free credit report and it indicated that if I didn't cancel that same day that I would be charged a monthly fee. I immediately canceled the service, as I am currently being monitored by a different company and do not need this service. I have never signed up with CIC Triple Advantage, don't know who they are and never agreed to pay them a cent and now they are charging me 14.95 for their service. I don't even have contact names, numbers or anything else to try to find out who they are and if I would be able to look at my report again since I already canceled the initial request for monitoring. I can tell from the other complaints that people are being affected by them and I don't want to have to lose a significant amount of money from them accessing my account if it can be stopped immediately... If anyone has suggestions please let me know.
