I have been going back and forth since APRIL of 2007 to have these idiots remove charges and refund my CC for over 100.00 for charges I DID not authorize. They keep sending me emails telling me these charges were refunded at cancellation, these charges aren't ours, our records indicate your account has been refunded in full"... I can BULL****! I never authorized ANY money to be debited my CC and every month I get a new charge, and every month I send them a letter, and I get a different response.

From the looks of this complaint site... they seriously could care less and who ever owns this company is turning into another ENRON!
