I found a charge on my statement that did not look familiar, and I knew I didn't make, called my bank and found out it was CIC Triple Advantage. They had offered a free credit report online, but due to a technical issue, they could not let me look at my report. I canceled at that time, but they charged me anyway. Shame on them. I got my bank to stop any further payments to the company and credit my account, and did talk to someone at CIC and got a cancellation number, a name, and a representative ID number from her. Hopefully this will take care of the problem.
