CIC Triple Advantage has billed me multiple times per month on my credit card... These are unauthorized charges and when I contacted them they claimed to cancel my account. I still got billed from them and now they claim that they have no record of a transaction yet it is on my account. They would not give me a phone number to contact someone other that the representative and gave me some mailing address to file a complaint.
