I rec'd a call from the company listed above and agreed to free 30 day trail to see credit reports from experian, equifax, and transunion. After I rec'd information via email i tried to cancel the trial. But no information to confirm the phone number last 4 digits from the bank statement left off. I called my bank to ask further about the charges, and finally I was able to obtain information about the company. I went on the web and called, but to no avail, 3 months later and charges later of $12.95 per month, I made another call on 11/10/07 to get a live person, who informed me my husband was canceled, but no record of mine canceled. It was suggested I call my bank for further information about a previous debit card used, the number was different so it could be the problem. Also I should write to the Consumer Relations Dept with request and copy of bank statement and charges on it for cancellation request. What a pain in the a-- !
