Recently there was negative things on my credit report so i did freecreditreport.com to see what was on there. I was not aware that i was going to be charge for these services as they say the service is free. I have been charged $12.95 for two months without my knowing. I am very upset and when i contacted the credit card company they said to contact the merchant and they would credit my account back. After contacting cic i was told that this charge in no refundable. The woman was rude and refused to let me speak with a supervisor.
