Unauthorized Charge of $12.95 on my VISA Cr. Card!

My complaint is that i do not know this company and have not authorized any charges on my visa account.

Me TOO! I had even cancelled my account with them. I cant even log on to re-cancel or see why I have been charged. DOSE ANT ONE KNOW HOW TO STOP THIS?
