Billing for free credit report

I was charged on my credit card for fee credit report. When I called their number received no answer. Tried 5 five times over a two day period never answered phonee6b27e.
I read several comments regarding CIC Triple Advantage AFTER I had received a charge for $12.95. I'm not alone. The most helpful cancellation suggestion I got was to call the number they've posted, BUT INSTEAD of hitting "1" for cancellation..hit "3" for all other questions. Then hit "2" for all other questions. Never choose the option for disputes or cancellation. They'll transfer you without it hanging up on you. Seems the phone number 1-877-481-6825 is designed to hang up on you after you hit "1". My wait time was not long on a Tuesday afternoon.
i have the same complaint. every month i am being charged $12 to my bank account for CIC triple advantage. the only reason i ever went on the site was because it was free. this company should be shut down if they are going to keep charging people when the advertise it being free.
