Just past February I noticed a charge of $89.95 charged to my bank account along with a $9.95 charge from CIC Credit Report Monitoring. Never did I ever apply to a free credit report online or anything of that nature. I called the phone number that was listed next to the charge on my bank statement and the phone number was disconnected so I did a little searching around online and found a customer service number for CIC Credit Report Monitoring (Experian) and spoke with a lady on how they got my personal information and her reply was exactly this "I don't know you must have signed up for it somewhere"...she was unprofessional along with the next person she put on the phone. When I asked them what services did they provide for me they put me on hold and never got back to me after waiting 45 plus minutes or so. When I called back I got an answer and was immediately transfered to Darth Vader I kid you not, whenever I spoke into the phone I would hear a spooky echo and no one would answer. So after several faxes, emails and playing phone tag with these people March has arrived and they charged me $9.95 again. I called my bank and had them put a block on their merchant number so there would be NO further transactions from that company. So now the problem is how do I get my money back for services never received?
Someone please tell me how to stop the charges on my credit card. They never said there were monthly charges and in March they charged me $25.90 and 15.00 and I don't have a clue for what. Please help. CIC Triple Advantage should be outlawed!!!
This is crap. I keep getting the same charge of 12.95 so i have a call into my bank to put a stop to the charge. Ridiculous this is why using the internet to buy things stinks.
Same thing happened to me... I don't use this account very often and suddenly out of nowhere this 12.95 charge from CIC*CE Credit Report which caused me to overdraft which is another $35. What a bunch of crap! We should file a class action, any takers?
I was furious to see a charge of 12.95 as a charge on my account and when I got my detailed billing statement I had no idea who or what this company was. Now it has happened to me again and I can't find a person to talk to to get my money put back onto my account now they have a total of 25.90 at this point and I'm ready to go to court just let me know and I'll be there!
this am I opened my bank account and there was $12.95 taken out for some hokey credit report that I never asked for I am calling my bank immediately to stop it . How do these people get away with this junk some one should hunt them down and do something drastic. I am not condoning hurting someone but they are hurting all of us looks like.
I checked my online banking this AM to find a direct debit from CE Credit Report.com, this charge was not authorized, the trial period was to be 30 days with no charge, I cancelled the service 10 days before the 30 period was up.
How, if anyone can help for me to get my $12.95 back, live on fixed income and $12.95 is a lot to me.
I was charged 12.95 this month for something I did not authorize. I am trying to find a contact number to complain about this charge. I am really pissed off. I will contact the BBB about this situation.

I had the same problem and I called my bank (bank of America) and they took the charge back and changed my account number! I would recommend doing that!!!
So has anyone ever come to a conclusion and get the charge stopped? I was charged for the first time today, called my bank and was told to call back on Monday. Am I going to have to close the account and open a new one?
I checked me bank statement this morning and found I was overdrawn. Just because of these nitwits. A 12.00 charge for what. I never signed up for anything with them. I was charged by the bank $35. for overdraft because I only had $10. in my account. I'm on Social Security so this really hurts. Where did they get my debit card number from in the first place. I will talk to the powers that be, Lawyers, Attorney General and Fair Trades Commission. What ever it take to have these people shut down.
I hear all of you it's been happening to me for 4-5 months now and all my bank can say is to call the company...so when i call the company they say call the bank this is utter nonsense someone said violence and i agree 100% i'm to the point where i'm about to do something i might regret i just want it to stop only thing to do is cancel my account h will completely screw me with direct deposit if i cancel now i won't get paid than i'll be making a visit to them this is america how many crazy people can they piss off before they come tumbling down who knows maybe you'll see me on the news in the next weeks to come that's a threat and a promise!!!!!!!
I noticed a 12.95 charge on my credit card from CIC CE Credit Report, I called my credit card right away and was given the phone number for this company, which is Free Credit Report.com. I call them as soon as I hung up from my credit card company. I was told there is a small box at the bottom of their page and it is pre checked "yes" for a membership, if you don't see it or don't uncheck the box you have had it. They canceled the "membership" and gave me a cancellation number. Needless to say I gave them a piece of my mind and told them it was no more than fraud.

I looked at my bank account today and noticed that I was also charged 12.95 for something that I did not authorize my bank told me that I have to file a dispute and that it may take 90 days for the results I am very upset and in the process of contacting the free credit reporting agency.
