These rip-off artists electronically charged my debit card $12.95 for a credit report I did not request or authorize. When I call the 800 number listed on my online bank statement (800-388-8725) the message says they are experiencing higher than normal volume and to please call back and then hangs up on me. I Googled the 800 number and found out these people are ripping off a lot of us! Somebody needs to stop these crooks.
