When I finally got a hold of these people they told me that it says that you have to cancel your membership with in 7 days of when the "free" month is up. It does say this on the left side of the screen. I think it is a buch of crap too, but because it says that there wasn't a whole lot I could do but cancel my membership.
I have been charged since jan 08. I was first charged 34.95 then 11.95 the months after that. when I called, she couldn't locate the card or the account account.
beware of this company. I never even signed up for this program and i am being charged for it.
