Stay away from the website www.chinalovecupid.com. I registered on this website, because it was mentioned that it was completely for free. After 4 days I noticed 3 unauthorized charges and tried to return money, but no one replied to my emails. They continued to charge me and I cancelled my card. Now I want my money back, but I have no idea how to get them back. Please, if someone here had the same experience, can you help to return money back?
After what I have read here, I will go to the bank tomorrow to check my credit car status. I also sent them an email asking about how to cancel my automatic renewal, but they did not reply to me.
As my month was about to expire, they insisted on renewing my account, As soon as I did, they suspended my profile, they want me to send my documents. I am just waiting to see if they charge me. Does anyone know how to contact them?they do not answer email, just denounce them if they do it
I agree with Gaiping they are scammers also had fake charges from my credit card. I will press charges to police and information to anyone thinking about joining . I also meet girl that are local scammers in China they have double profile. Users say they are Christian to attract this white male lonely men. This is a scam. " Cupid Bridge " along with the growth of this scam. I hope this will help those who are thinking about joining.

I don't think it's the "members" we are concerned about, but like the previous review stated, that SHE was even scammed! I will make it my mission to EXPOSE sites such as this...my "session" timed out after spending several minutes trying to perfect my profile?!? I know all these "cupid" sites have there own paid "reviewers" giving only the positive and downplaying all the issues people are experiencing. But that's ok, I wll personally make sure ALL of them will be seen for what they truly are...Sorry, but you picked the wrong person to mess with this time!

I am a chinese girl from Shenzhen scammed by chinalovecupid.com i used a dating agency to help me find a husband. i was told they would only use on 1 website only. They used on many sites and even chatted with men without me know like it was me. FRAUD and SCAM! They make money with my photos. I try to cancel and they will not even when i sent proof of my identity. What kind of company is this. Every other company i sent cancellation to has removed my profile. Chinalovecupid refuses. They say that my email is not on the record. Of course not! I didn't do this, the agency did and they are gone. Support@Chinalovecupid completely ignores my sincere request to cancel.
If you read how they make money from affiliates on their website you will see they are scam artist and fraud. Even when you prove who you are they don't card. i am sending all proof to Queensland Australia Police to file a fraud claim against this illegal company. Do not use this company service. You will be scammed. They are fake and illegal. Run Away. Use any other dating site but this one! Liars and scam artists!

I don't understand this complaint. If you joined because it was "free" and found out it wasn't free why did you give them your credit card info? I am asking because I don't want to rely on a posting that doesn't quite make sense.
Hey, you don't have to "rely" on anything...it sounds pretty straightforward to me, so what exactly doesn't make sense? If you want to go ahead and sign up and buy their "services", it certainly won'y bother anyone when you are wasting all your money.WHY would anyone give a negative review for no reason?
