Chili's Grill & Bar dinner 03/22/2017 farmington, nm

Why have "To-Go" offering if a restaurant cannot handle the orders?!? This has happened the last few times that I've ordered online from your Farmington, NM location. Tonight might have been the worse yet. I placed my order, went to the restaurant and had to walk thru to the bar to pick-up my order (which is a pain in the first place) then i stand at the bar for about 10 mins, 4 of the workers go behind the bar then leave not even acknowledging my exisistance. Finally the waiter for the tables outside the bar comes to assist me. He hands me my bag of food, says "you paid online, right" then walks off. I didn't receive or sign a receipt. I tipped 30% (paying online) on this order for service that deserved $0! I got home (3 mins away from the restaurant)open my container of nachos that look as tho they were tossed from across the room into a styrofoam container (looked like a giant mess of ###) and start chowing down only to find that my food is not even luke-warm...it's partially cold already! This might actually be my last visit to your Chili's in Farmington. Ive brushed a lot of their mistakes, lack of customer service, and blantent lack of pride, off because of the convenience. I think tonight is going to be my last visit for quite some time. I hope you take this complaint seriously as i know im not the only one. Something needs to change at this location...people are sick of paying for cold food and bad customer service!

Chili's Grill & Bar it was very cold inside. too cold to enjoy a night out!

I took my mother out for dinner at Chili's. As we sat down my mother took her coat off only to put it back on a few minutes later. I never took mine off. The booth behind us were complaining as well. We ordered an appetizer and two meals. I talked to our server and told her we are cold and she replied that she would talk to the manager.

We had been at the restaurant for a good 25 minutes and the manager came over and asked the issue. I replied we are both in winter coats and very cold. We were not enjoying our experience at all. He replied the air circulated clean air and he turned the heat back on. I said to him it's 32 degrees outside why would the heat not be on? He left with a smile at this time.

We will not be going to this establishment any time soon!

Chili's Grill & Bar everything!

A party of 13 of us arrived at your New Iberia, Louisiana [protected]@ 11:30 am today, 3/4/17. First, we waited for 30 minutes to be seated while there were maybe 8 people already in the restaurant. Our waitresses pleasant personality was the ONLY thing even tolerable! Long story short, they were apparently understaffed and your restaurant suffered because of it! We waited 30 minutes just for drinks and OVER 3 HOURS for our food! When the food finally did arrive in 3 different time periods, Every single order was COLD! We then complained to your Manager, who simply was not accommodating, in the least, and said "Oh well, Sorry that happened, Thanks for telling me". Our total bill(s) were right at $700.00. Your company has lost 13 customers, and their families as well as a poor reputation to be spread by word of mouth as well as Facebook. We truly regret the money we spent on "Chili's"!

Chili's Grill & Bar horrible service and food

The chili's restaurant in alexandria, la has the worst service and very "sub-par" food. Upon arrival my friend and I waited 10 minutes before a hostess even showed up to ask how many in our party! There were at least 8-10 people also waiting behind us! It was noon and the restaurant was 3/4 empty yet she told us it would be a wait! When finally seated, it took over an hour to get our food and our orders were not complete! When we asked where the rest of our lunch order was, the waitress said they ran out! We asked about an adjustment to our bill and she refused. The food that was offered was cold and not very good. The restaurant could also use some cleaning. This fiasco was our third try (Lately) to give the alexandria, la chili's another chance but that's it... I'm done with chili's. If something does not improve, this restaurant will certainly fold... As it should... Because it was horrible. Also, the people waiting behind us to be seated, turned around and left. That's what we probably should have done!

Chili's Grill & Bar horrible customer service by manager on duty and hostess..

I really wanted to celebrate my birthday and have my margarita at chillis but it was sad when we walked into one of your restaurant located in Fl.. 939 Saxon blvd, orange city fl 32763
We walked in we were never greated we approached the hostess and and we asked him w like NH for the wait she said 45min the funny part was half of the restaurant was empty tables completely empty. When we asked from r the manager a gentleman came out with such an attitude he looked like he was ready to fight we asked why so long for the wait? He had no answer. He was very nasty. It's sad to see another Spanish family sitting there waiting when so many tables are empty but I guess this is how will get treated from now on. I just just everyone else can see how chilis treats Hispanic now so we won't step another foot into this restaurant. We know the manager the head manager of the store and are so sad to see that her employees do that.

Chili's Grill & Bar a picture of ribs on the menu but what I received isn't half that

Trying to have a late lunch.. First they seated me where the bar is because it wasn't that busy I think they didn't want to open the other side.. too much work! Then all the employees comes out in a booth next to mine to conversate anout all types of things I definitely wasn't interested in, While an employee sat on another ones Lap so inappropriate and they are at work I'm a customer & the manager Kim comes out to talk to me & does Nothing but gives me the corporate number! Wow what a manager...Another manager comes out to conversate with the employees while I'm trying to eat! Bad experience

Chili's Grill & Bar service at chili's bowling green ky

This is the second time we have been since they opened. It was a rare date night for me and my husband. To say the least it was the worst service ever. We went on Thursday January 26th we arrived at 615 pm, there was no wait and we were immediately seated at a table. We were told our waitress would be Jasmine, well at 1835 we still hadn't been greeted, hadn't had our drink order taken or anything, but everyone around us had. We requested a manager who apologized and said she would be taking care of us, that they probably didn't know which waitress we belonged to. Pretty bad excuse. The manager brought our drinks to us and a free appetizer as well. She then took our food order, which had a salad, entrée and a dessert. At 715 pm we still hadn't received our salad or entrée and hadn't seen the manager or anyone else for that matter since the order was taken, so our drinks were empty as well. At 719 pm, we finally got our salads and food at the same time(a cheeseburger). At 740 our waitress Jasmine finally comes to our table and asks if we would like our check now(are you freaking kidding me) I told her we still hadn't received our desserts that came with our meal, I started to tell her what I wanted, but she ran off. At 750 pm still no dessert- and she said oh no one brought it to you yet, I said no but I wanted a cheesecake and my husband wanted the lava cake. 755 pm the cheesecake arrived, still no dessert for my husband, but the waitress said the meal was taken care of by the manager. So we got up and left. I will never ever ever try Chilis again. Not one apology just the free food.

This place sucks! Managers smell like cigarettes and beer and serving our food that’s gross! Also the servers and managers sitting with guests instead of working. This is not a restaurant it’s a halfway house!

Chili's Grill & Bar dallas tx love-field airport/bar service

On January 21, 2017 4:51pm at Chili's Bar & Grill at Dallas Love-Field near gate #18, I ordered a glass of chardonnay and received the wine in a small water glass ( I can provide pictures). The bartender Brian, stated that all of the wine glasses were broken; however, there were other patrons in the bar with wine in wine glasses. Brian's tone was rude and condescending. I was the only African American at the bar and felt as though I was being treated unjustly. I was embarrassed and very hurt by this treatment, I paid $11.10 for the drink and left. I reporting this incident because I am a frequent customer of Chili's in San Diego and I hope that Brian's attitude and mistreatment is not a reflection of Chili's mission and business practice.

Chili's Grill & Bar behaviour on waitress and manager

On Jan 07, 2017 we experienced the worst service at this location we ever have. We go into this location probably every 2 weeks. We entered Chili's at 2:16 pm order our drinks She brought mine, my one son, and my husband drinks but did not receive until 2:45 and my other son didn't received his till 2:55 with the appetizers and we received our dinner at 3:00 She was busy waiting other tables and kept passing ours not letting us know when ours order was coming. At the time she was taking our order she look up and stare at the front enter watching customers coming in and we stop giving our order until she was ready, I said to her that she was rude for making us wait to take our order and she just took the rest of the order and went to the kitchen. This manager was walking by and I told him I want to speak to a manager and he came to our table, While I was speaking to him he was looking around and not paying attention of what I was saying and I said, hey load for him to here me and I said you didn't here a word I said. He look at me and said what? So I had to tell him again and said that I should get a break on our bill but he said nothing and walk away. Of our talk about the drink the Manager said that the milk is in the bar so it takes a while to received but I told him not 33 min. I talk to this other waitress and said to her that we need another waitress and she took it upon herself to step in. I will be looking for her to be our services in about month. She was working our table and 3 others at the same time while the other waitress was in law land. The food was room temperature from sitting to long but we stay so we could be a service to our waitress that help us. We were so ready to get out of there. Ticket #20048 says Alex 402 but not sure if that is 1st waitress or 2nd no problem with 2nd waitress. I didn't catch the Manager name but he was a tall black man who never said how was your food or do you need a another refill at anyone table and never once ask how your food, drinks, or anything you need while we were there. He was to busy wiping tables not paying attention what was going on in the restaurant.

Chili's Grill & Bar unethical behaviour

My husband and I ate at Chili's in Hixson, TN yesterday afternoon. We eat at this Chili's frequently and this has been our only experience that I felt deserved a complaint. I ordered Cajun Pasta which I order frequently. The waitress asked if the tomatoes and onion was OK and I said yes. When the food was brought our it had chicken on it. I informed the waitress that I did not order the chicken with the pasta she said she would have them make me a new plate. The waitress said it wouldn't take long to make up a new dish since it was only pasta. When the plate was brought out and I started eating it I ran across pieces of chicken. It simply appeared that it was not a new dish that the chicken had just been picked off and some new pasta with melted cheese was placed on the previous pasta. I understand that mistakes are made but I did not appreciate the attempt to deceive me into thinking this was a new plate. I am not allergic to chicken but I do not eat it. The waitress was gracious when I explained to her that the chicken had just been picked off plus the previous pasta was cold. She removed the pasta, chips and salsa, and drinks from our bill so we only paid for my husband's meal. My intent in sending this complaint is not to receive any food coupons but for you to stress to your kitchen staff that when food is sent back they should correct the problem and not take shortcuts. A new dish of pasta should have been prepared to meet the expectations of the customer. Respectfully, Connie Uffalussy

Chili's Grill & Bar terrible service

I refuse to go to Chili's Grill & Bar in Rosenberg, TX. They have the most HORRIBLE service. The food is not even what the menu looks like. The wait staff get lost within the restaurant that has NO CUSTOMERS...what gives! It's such a shame the a name that is known throughout the United States is no where near it needs to be. Someone from the headquarters needs to pay them a visit and correct ALL OF THEIR ERRORS! From the top all the way down. Such a shame that you can walk into the restaurant and have to wait 15 minutes for a drink to be served (WATER), never asking if you need time to look over the menu or if you are ready to place your order.

Chili's Grill & Bar product and service

Went to chili's in aurora colorado last night and was very disappointed with both the product and the service. First we walked in and had to wait for about 10 minutes before anybody even spole to us or showed us where to be seated. We then ordered our drinks and appetizer then server brought us the wings without bringing us plates or napkins. We had to ask for them. Then my order's sides were wrong the chicken enchillada soup was tasteless and I got the soup without a spoon so I once again had to ask for it and had to wait for the server who decided she will go serve other people before bringing it to me. The chicken casadillas was absolutely terrible. The chicken looked like leftovers I was unable to eat it. Our expirence in all other Chili's in denver is always enjoyable but everytime we go to the aurora one it is a disappointment .

Chili's Grill & Bar gift cards

On Monday, December 5, 2016, I purchased 24-$25 gift cards from Chili's at Richmond, Indiana. The reason I purchased that many was because you were giving a $10 gift card for every $50 you spent. I received 12 -$10 cards to be used in January of 2017. In all of the advertisements and ads on TV, I did see or hear anything about only being able to use 1 card per table or visit. That means I would have to go to Chili's 12 times in one month. I am a 69 year old woman; and would have to travel at least 38 miles to any surrounding Chili restaurants. I feel I have been taken advantage of or a victim of false advertising. Is there anyway you can make this right. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks, Jo Ann

Chili's Grill & Bar services was not good

We got seated waitress took forever to get our order, order our food which was steaks (ribeye thats was $17.99) order medium rare came out well done. My daughter ordered a steak all so came over cooked. Waitress never came back to check on us, never seen her again intell she dropped our ticket off by that time i just wanted to leave she took our money brought back our changed didn't thank us or anything. We go all time to eat but i don't know if we will go back... November 4 2016.

Chili's Grill & Bar dirty restaurant/unattentive service

My wife and I frequently fly to St. Louis to visit our daughters and grandchildren. While waiting for a Southwest flight back to Tampa on Tuesday, May 24th, we decided to get a bite to eat and drink at Chili's. (We have eaten in this restaurant many times in the past and prefer to sit by the window to watch the ground activity.) When the hostess brought us to a table I immediately noticed numerous food particles and paper scraps on the window ledge adjacent to many tables. The floor was very dirty and our table top was sticky. There were at least five nearby tables, where the patrons had finished eating and left the premise, but the soiled dishes, etc. remained with no attempt to remove them. Meanwhile, numerous employees were standing at the kitchen entrance or at the bar conversing amongst themselves. Additional patrons arrived, were seated and given a menu by the hostess but the waiters and waitresses continued their conversations oblivious of people wanting to be served. (One couple got up and left the restaurant.) The staff at Chili's, gave the definite impression that they could care less regarding customer service and the manager needs to instruct the bartender not to caress and kiss his girlfriend/wife while customers are waiting to be served. When we fly out of St. Louis again this September, my wife and I will avoid visiting Chili's at St. Louis International. The store ID: STLCHI03 Thank you, Bob Schmiehausen

Chili's Grill & Bar bad service

Recently I had a lunch with my girlfriend at Chilis restaurant and we both were very disappointed with the service and food. It took forever to get our order and the food was not tasty at all. We made an order and their waitress messed everything up and brought us something that we did not order. She apologized and took away the plates. About 40 minutes later we finally received our food and it was all cold and not delicious! We left the place as soon as we completed our meal and we're not going there ever again!

Chili's Grill & Bar customer service

on the 05-06-16 out to late dinner party of three. Called for reserved seated
upon arrival host informed us she never received that request. So we agreed to sit at the bar. order drinks bartender didn't know types of wine available had a few question about menu placed our orders. I feel the bartender was pushing the purchase of drinks. The meals were served rather late. the other to friends were pleased my not prepared properly I complained at that time nothing suggested to help the problem. Just happen to be the GM was in the bar one the my party suggested another dish. I refuse because it was late therefore I requested to remove the cost of my meal and he said NO that the GM. I paid for the complete meal $96.00 and change. The party of three have been dinning at chillis for 3 years. Therefore I don't believe the GM doesn't value us as customers somethings need to be reviewed.

Chili's Grill & Bar very dirty floors and kitchen area was a mess

I went to Chili's Grill & Bar on Friday, February 26, 2016. Although the waitress was very sweet and was good on follow-thru, etc., the floor was so dirty. There was remnants of food, wrappers, empty butter containers, etc. and crumbs galore on the floor. When I went to use the restroom, you could clearly see the cooking area, which was unkept and quite a hot mess. I liked the service, but at the same time, I find it unsanitary to keep a restaurant looking that disgusting, even if it is busy. By the way, my pet peeve is a person sweeping or vacuuming while I am eating. The thought of the dirtiness being swept up or vacuumed back dust flying around my food makes me sick. Although I understand the concept of sweeping, it was still not enough for this establishment. The floor was disgusting.

Chili's Grill & Bar too many problems at this location.

My husband and I go to chili's about 3 times a month. The last 2 visits were terrible. Both of our steaks and veg were cold, by the time the mgr came to our table, we were almost done with our steaks. She offered to get us some hot fresh veg, but we were almost done eating, and we do'not send our food back. You think she would of offered us a free dessert or take something off the check to make us happy, nothing. The next visit was 2/25/2016. We had one of the worst waitress ever. She never said hi, just what do you want to drink. We both ordered 2 Arnold Palmers, that tasted like water, so my husband told another server, who told our waitress. Well she took them to the back and added more lemonade, so now were drinking lemonade, not an Arnold Palmer drink. She was pregnant, but no excuse for being sooo rude. No thank you at all. No wonder why this location has only 2 stars. The management is terrible, and for dinner the food is terrible.

Chili's Grill & Bar asked to speak to manager about problem, but the manager never came out to see us.

We just received an email today 2-8-16 stating that Chilli's was offering a $35 Valentine Lover's Combo from 2-8-16 to 2-14-16. It also happens to be my wife's Birthday today so we decided to go there for the Combo deal. When I spoke to the waitress about it she first said that it wasn't available until the weekend. When I showed her the email she said that she would check with the manager. Upon returning she said they didn't have Enough of the Molten Lava cake to give us the deal and therefore could only offer us the meal that was on the menu not the Valentine Combo. We asked to speak with the manager but she NEVER came out.
