how can i judge the person who abuse the child?

Hello Megan, you got yourself in a pickle. First tell your husband to leave you and have him start paying child support maybe 35.00 a week. Let CPS know he has left and you don't get alone with him anylonger and your a single mom with great family support. You tell CPS this but do what you want. Better get that family support. If you do drugs just OD and let the children go into the system, their better without you. If you don't do drugs your one of the good ones. (but very rare)

CPS will back off once you become a ward of the state with a child on life support it should be costing you about 10k a day in medical bills. Being on your own will make the state liable for your medical bills and this is what CPS wants. CPS is the smaller government unit of TDHHS who gets funded by a federal grant for all this and it makes them money. Most people don't know about this.

Once things slow down, move to another state like Virigina or Kentucky because they don't like CPS in those states. Remember CPS Investigators are not professionally trained. They are not better than you nor do they know more than you. They usually have a High School degree and then start deciding who gets to keep their kids and who doesn't. You cannot sue CPS and you will not find an attorney who will sue CPS. I currently have two attornies and have sued CPS and they ended up getting a restraining order against them. Then CPS threatened the Judge and he withdrew the order and said I had to take them to federal court. I have easly spent $300, 000.00 on legal fees. I have a son with terminal blood disorder with an ex-wife that has filed dozens of complants with CPS against me. I have more experience than the advance attornys. You don't have the money but I can give you the way out.

Well Megan, this is a very common thing that CPS pulls. Now depending on what it was your husband did in the past to be discriminated upon would depend on if you needed to separate, that and how long ago these problems occurred. but don't jump that gun, most situations can be shown as "reformed" over a 5 year period. Since you have that many children and assuming they are both of yours then my next assumption would be that it has been more then 5 years since it was what ever it was that he supposedly done.

There are many internet based groups that fight CPS (100s of them), Look them up they are all over find your self an active one where you can get advice. Don't wait to long ... I did and now I have no fiancee, no children, no hope for the future, and I wait till its over. all for allegations and lies from a disgruntled neighbor that had friends in the sheriff's department and CPS being crooked took it from there. do not let things happen. learn as much as you can and fight back.
