I have been trying without success to find out how much money I can put in my mothers account due to bounced checks. She is 83 years old and deaf so I make her phone calls. She is on social security and this the only money she has.This has been going on for two months. Well's Fargo doesn't mind sucking money out of elderly peoples accounts which in my mothers case close to $100.00 but not willing to help out after the fact. When I called I requested the manager after the regular person couldn't help. The manager was rude and I was told no one could assist me. I asked for the person above her whom my sister and myself have talked with in the past and she said no one was above her.I have all of my Mothers information but they would'nt listen. I am not trying to take money out of the account I am trying to put money in!!! Thanks, LaVonia
