I purchased the Judd for the Defense DVD Set. I did eventually receive the DVDs and I even recieved an e-mail that there was an attempted delivery. When I viewed the DVDs it was obvious that the DVDs were copies. Some had the TV Land logo in the lower right. All my e-mails that I have sent for refund info have gone unanswered. I will be contacting my credit card company to see if it is too late to dispute this transaction. I have also filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center as someone else on this site had reccommended. The best advice I can give is to refuse the delivery as you have to sign for the package. Once that is done call your credit card company to have the transaction reversed. Somone else mentioned to keep sending e-mails and eventually they might respond. I will continue to do that as well.
