They are a fraud, do not give them any Personal information. I have given them all my credit card information. They charged the fare, they charged the dummy charge, for a brife moment my ticket was confirmed, but a day later airline canceled my ticket. I am out of money, my account is frozen being concered for fraud activity, and I have not airline ticket to go on holiday.
Please AVOID CHEAP FARE GURU, everything on thier website is a fabrication. they are based in India & there are no way to track them down and get your money back. Stop them!

CheapFareGuru.com / AirTkt.com / Eros Tours & Travel - Customer service on airline ticket purchase

In my opinion this company has the worst customer service!I was trying to book a flight for my brother to fly with my Mother to Europe. I was doing this as a favor to my Mother since she cannot deal with working on computers. I booked the flight - used my mother's credit card, followed the 3 step instructions that they gave for confirming charges to your credit card (which included verifying a $1.57 dummy charge to verify that you are in control of your card). My brother received notification the next day that there was an issue with the payment - he called the number and tried to pay for the flight with his credit card. The customer service rep told him he could not do that and the flight was cancelled and hung up on him. I called their customer service and, after a very long wait, got a very rude person (might have been the same one he talked to) and she told me I could not pay for the flight with my credit card and that the flight was cancelled. I asked her why and she said that it could not be done. I said this is the first time I have not been able to pay for a flight with my Mom's credit card with other online booking sites. She told me to go ahead and go to those sites. I told her "this is BS" and asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up on me. I have gone with another provider and got great customer service.

CheapFareGuru.com / AirTkt.com / Eros Tours & Travel - Charged my credit card $1,015.40 then shortly after they credited my credit card

I booked a flight from den to lha on 10/17/15 for $981.00 departing january. on 10/20/15 cheapfareguru charged my credit card $1, 015.40 then shortly after they credited my credit card $1, 015.40. I was unaware this had occurred until 11/6/15 when I received an e-mail stating; “dear * we are unable to process ticket for booking id *. there is no charge on card. mark sales & support team www.cheapfareguru.com # 1 since 1990 117 west 9th st. # 307 los angeles ca 90015” when I attempted to call cheapfareguru 11/6/15 to find out why they had not charged my credit card the correct amount but instead just canceled the flight without contacting me I was put on hold for 56 minutes. I was finally able to get a hold of someone who went by “eddie” in a chat session. he stated that “thanks for your patience, we were not able to process your ticket as airline declined your reservation.” I informed him that I was on the british airways website 11/1 and filled out all the supplemental traveler information so I knew that this was not correct. I then called b. a and they stated that the “travel agency canceled the reservation”. “eddie” then ended the chat session several times trying to get me to just go away. chat session — eddie thanks for your patience, we were not able to process your ticket as airline declined your reservation. you why would they decline the reservation? I was able to log into british airways on 11/1 and confirm and also update my traveler information eddie may I have your phone number, will arrange a call back to assist you. you *-*-* eddie thanks i've raised a call back request for you, an agent will call you with in next 1 hour to assist with this. you in the mean time could you elaborate? eddie it depends on the airlines sometimes they declined reservations. you but why how do we get the reservation back that I purchased eddie our reservation specialist will be able to assist you with this once they call you. you I just got off the phone with british airways, pinard, he stated that cheapfareguru canceled the reservation today... so why are you telling me they declined when they state they did not eddie left the chat chat ended chat started eddie i've already raised a call back request for you, our agent will call you soon to assist with this. you I just need to get this flight straightened out. thats all. eddie left the chat chat ended chat started you — update your info hey eddie, I am still waiting for a call... are you not able to help with getting this fixed? eddie no worries, they will call you with in next 30 minutes to assist with this, as there is a heavy call volume at this time. you — update your info ok thank you eddie you are most welcome!

I had bought an airplane ticket online from AirTkt Eros Tours and the shoppers advantage card was offered as a way to get a $20 rebate, which I have never received. All you had to do was pay a $1 fee for the service and could cancel it anytime within 30 days to not be billed each month. I called and cancelled this subscription within the 30 days, and two months later was billed for $16.99.
