since you don't use those products would you ever ship it out to someone? i could pay for it.

I have been using this product for about 4 months now...I LOVE IT! I honestly can't imagine going back to using shampoo and conditioner; I'm not sure if the person so unhappy above used too much or not enough, but I have to say for me...this product works.

Just like ALL of the other complaints... I wanted to "try" this product and thought i clicked the box that did not opt me into their monthly subscription. 3 weeks after i got my product they billed me for $54 for (1 of 3 installments) a 90 day package. I did not ellect to order anything. I wanted to simply try it and if i liked it i would have called and placed a 2nd order. At first i did like the product. I wanted to however try a different fragrance because i wasn't 100% happy with the gardenia one i had. Instead i got billed and had product sent to me which angered me, so i cancelled and am going to send back the 90 day package that i didn't want. We will see how long it takes to get a refund. The guy i spoke to on the phone was rude and told me it would take 4-6 weeks to get refunded so i'm sure my credit card will get billed again too. I WILL NOT RECCOMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYBODY.

I reluctantly ordered the product just to see if all or any of their claims were true. Unfortunately, the product package I received yielded very poor results and their shampoo smelled like an industrial chemical. I thought about returning it but it would have been a hassle as the package was torn off.
I was surprised to receive another package! So it turns out that to purchase their product, you have entered into a "contractual obligation" to continue receiving their product. Apparently that is in the "agreement" buried in the fine print. Their customer service starting with their frustrating phone menus is horrible. They never give you the option to talk to anyone, so I started pressing "0" and after 30 minutes got a robotic person that told me she will transfer me to the "department that takes care of returns" another hold! This is fraudulent and these people need to be stopped. Nobody should have to enter into a "contract" to buy shampoo or hair products. What a scam!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service.

I work in the hospitality field and am appalled by the way this company does business. It was like pulling teeth get a person to be nice and honest! They refused to give me a refund and continuely failed to cancel my account. And on top of that they were incredibly RUDE every time I called. Rudeness must be in their employee hand book.

I definitely recommend buying this product on Amazon. NOT through their website!

On May I ordered a FREE TRIAl of this conditioner In WEN Hair. I returned in on June as I did not like results and the money it cost. Promise was made in writing that I had a 90 day satisfaction period and could return within that time frame which I did. When I called to cancel I was given a run around and they still charging me for the product that I never used.

I bought the shampoo and when I did the order I saw some negative reviews about wen and when I saw the reality it was too late so I received the but I didn't open it and I send them back the shampoo because I never wanted to used them because I was afraid to lose my hair and I send them so many emails saying I wanted cancel my order and I called them and they never cancel my account only they charged me two payments I said "that's okay" so now I here come I called to my bank saying I loose my debit card and they gave me a new one so they couldn't never charged me again😂 And now they're sending me a bills stamens that I use to own them money but screw it I won't pay anything, it doesn't affect my credit so I don't get worry about it and so people that's what you have to do, cancel your bank card so you can't never be charged again by the stupid company!

I love Wen and when you sign up for it online, you are informed of the shipping/charging methods. To blame a company because you don't read everything isn't right. But then to say the product isn't good when you never opened the product is just plain wrong. I agree with the others when they say to order it through QVC. They have a special every months that is a great price, plus you get to try all the new scents. Mine came with instructions of how to use - plus if you ordered it online, you would've seen how to use it. Not only did I receive instructions, but it also came with a DVD on how to use. I love that they put tips on how to use because there are other ways to use it. If you follow the directions, this is an awesome product and does exactly what it says it will do. My hair has never been so healthy and silky ever!

I used wen and it caused me to have sores on my head. It burned holes into my scalp! Do not use this if you have sensitive skin. My bf also said it smells like donkey crap and it really does. Use wella or ag from the hair salon. You're paying just as much with wen, but its bigger bottles and better for your hair. My mom's been a hair dresser almost 40 years and she says Wen is the WORST hair product imaginable. She's had clients come in and she's seen the damage its done. Not worth buying

No one is saying what to do if you have this in your hair and how to get it out. I used Dawn dish soap then a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. My hair feels closer to normal than it has in months.

I will sue WEN. My hair was falling out in clumps everyday that i would use it. I never realized that something was wrong. Then my scalp developed a itchy white flaky patch and no antibiotics could get rid of it. I still have it today along with hair loss. My stylist was concerned about how much hair was going down her drain even after i had pre-washed before my appt. I used the product for many months and so did my husband. Lots of money wasted and I am pissed. I need to hear from others who are suffering and how to move this suit along. I had beautiful hair...

I'm sorry about anyone who has had a negative experience with Wen Hair Care products. Some products work differently for others and I have seen the "oily" thing happen with a friend of mine. I convinced her to try it again and she loved it. The problem the first time is that she did not massage product into her scalp and did not rinse thoroughly. Also, she only cleansed the middle of hair shaft and ends. You use Wen just like any other shampoo, making sure to clean you scalp, too. I have had nothing but FANTASTIC results with Wen. My hair is fine and thin but since using Wen my hair is beautiful and manageable. I have been told by friends that I am a walking infomercial for Wen. Sorry, but I have to disagree with anyone who states, "Do not buy any Wen Hair Care Products'. I believe everyone should have the opportunity to try Wen and see for themselves. Enjoy!

I had used this product and it did not work. I called to cancel, it took quite some time and a couple of transfer with someone stating 'let's see what options are available to you'. They read the instructions as if you are using the product wrong (this product smells great - that's it - smells great, doesn't do anything else). Then they try to convince you to get the other scent which is advertised for different hair type (kinda makes clear it's not for a specific hair type). After repeating over and over that I wanted to cancel, they canceled, I asked for a confirmation number for cancellation and that was that. No more charges. However, on a monthly basis they send a 'We miss you card' asking to come back. Which really ticks me off considering I canceled because the product does NOT work.

All those actors they get to promote these items should be sent letters to see what their false claims do to their credibility.

I just hope that you know that if you want a refund, this is not a website to get it. The company may not even look at this website. It is just a site that others can go to to help them decide if they want to use a company or product. Call the Wen customer service if you want a refund.

Please reply when you get this email so that I know that someone is looking at it and that I'm not put on the back burner while ye gets are stilling getting money from my credit card and I'm lossing out because the product is still getting returned back to you.

Even though I cancelled this product months and months ago I stilling getting billed for it and I also after returning this product 3 times and you are still charging my credit card. So enough is enough please dont send me any more of your products and please do a credit on my card for the last 3 boxes that was returned back. I have to agree with the message I read up top the product is over priced and to be really honest with you it is not a good product. I guess we are all like it looks good when you demonstrate the product on TV so that you can get people like me to buy. Man have I ever learned a lesson from ordering products on the shopping channel. Never again.
