Chase lost my title
Complaint Rating: 100 % with 2 votes
Despite making payments on my car from our new address Chase in its brilliance sent my title upon completion of the loan to my old address. It was then returned to Chase who promptly lost it. Brilliant. I know I can write this here because few people up there can actually read.
