I recently had the same problem with Wu-Yi Tea ... I emailed them at teahelp@usa.com and was successful at getting the charges stopped on my credit card ... now I am fighting to get their bonus offer company "Living Lean" to stop charging me for a support service that was never requested or received ... good luck from Saskatchewan
He llamado al numero que wu yi tea da como costumer service, y he decidido escribir aqui .Ellos dijeron que 2 semanas despues cobrarian el cargo de 29.95 pero la sorpresa que me lleve cuando en mi cuenta habia un debito cobrado de ese dinero sin yo recibir el producto.no quiero nada, quiero cancelar cualquier compromiso con esos estafadores.
i called before the 14 day trail period and wu-yi personell gave me the hardess time trying to cancell this order so if any chargers outside the shipping and handling are taken from my account that the apporiate action will be taken.
Me, TOO! Unauthorized debit BEFORE 14 days and that is the NASTIEST stuff I have ever attempted to drink in my life! I called them, went to my bank and had the TRACKING NUMBER of the retuen EMPTY, package, put on the dispute affidavit I signed.I will no longer try anything over the internet.ALL of the people are after what little money we make and don't care what we have to go though, to try and get it back!
