I was charged two separate times on my credit card and was told I would not be charged. I was charged $1 and then I was charged 24.95. I have asked this company to reverse the charges as soon as I got off of the website. They said they would not charge me if I was charged to call them back. Today I called and they said they I purchased 3 credit reports which I never purchased. They aurgued with me for about 20 minutes and said the charges would not be reversed. Please help me with This?
