I followed the guidelines perfectly and returned my white fresh product and STILL MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED. I EVEN SPOKE TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE TO VERIFY THAT THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE ...STILL THE CHARGE OF 87 62 WAS MADE TO MY ACCOUNT!!!
