While purchasing 360 it said one price. Then once it went through my visa there were tons of extra charges. I later tried accessing the program. It did not work. I kept calling the support number and they kept suggesting other things to do to resolve the problem and programs to download to help it to work. After 7 calls, My computer would not close on its own and I was getting tons of pop ups on my computer. I had to take it in to be fixed. It was all due to 360 pro. They refuse to give me my money back even if I never used the program. It completely ruined my computer and I will never recommend it to anyone!
