I purchased a used car for my daughter from Champion Auto Sales, located at 3520 Jackson Road, Memphis, TN. One week later, the car is not drivable, and we have barely driven it. I requested assistance from the owner by way of a refund, a replacement or to have it fixed to reflect the condition that I was assured that the vehicle was in. The owner, Earl, Spelling refused assistance, stating the car was sold as is. I guess I am just "old school", because the lack of integrity and honor in this world, just blows me away...BUYER BEWARE!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
