FISGlobal.com / Certegy - putting check through 3 months after being paid

on 9/11/15 my wife and i purchased a vehicle at pine belt cadillac in toms river nj we gave a check for $865.00 for the tax and title and registration when pine belt put the check in we had a check that had not cleared yet so i went into pine belt and paid in cash 3 months later certegy put the check through the bank 2 more times and we do not use this account anymore and we were hit with 2 $36 nsf charges 1 which the bank is taking off and 1 still on there after i paid cash for the car the check was supposed to be destroyed which obvious it wasnt i called and the rep that i spoke to didnt want to hear anything about it and stated she was going to continue to put the check through i also filed a dispute with the bank and they told me that they were going to prosicute the people who deposited the check i hope so this company should be shut down and thrown in prison for doing this to people they should not even be in bussiness if class action is brought up on this company please include me my name is darrell sorger my number is [protected] thank you in this matter i will be contacting my attorney in regards to this matter
